This is in no way a knock on this great country just a reminder that we still have it, if we want it. Speed Queens still does?????. I never write reviews but it was such an excellent experience I felt compelled to. Total professionalism, courtesy and not to mention the quality and durability of the washer. Speed Queen is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, they adhere to this 'crazy' idea of giving their customers exactly what they say they will with genuine courtesy.

Straight in the door, PLENTY OF ROOM TO SHOP WITHOUT GETTING IN A TANGLE, helpful employees stocking shelves were kind and when asking them where to find an item, they make sure you get what you came for!!! The checkout went smoothly and the cashier was very congenial and I’m going back again tomorrow!!! I bought some special kind of freezies for my great granddaughter, a performance bar for my daughter who is walking and exercising everyday. She loved the 20 grams of protein in the bar, something for my great granddaughter’s daddy, ( my grandson… just spending a tiny amount for some really great choices put a smile on all their faces!!! “Geek squad has repeatedly done all they can to put up with my unending PC/account issues, I thought about dropping off my phone but felt they could use a break (even though I'm a BB Total member, I think I've gotten my money's worth by now already and that's just within a couple months, although these issues have been horrible for me, I still don't mean to abuse the system) so I took my phone to Verizon instead which was probably the right call (no pun intended) and remembered they can help me with some phone stuff more promptly, and also - at least for Google, Windows might be different - Verizon may be able to help with some of the account related issues I've been struggling with, so thanks everyone at BB for putting up with my seemingly perpetual issues. Might stop by again soon but not just to bog down GS *huge shout out though to GS, even if I'm starting to become a frustration you guys remain professional and I appreciate it a lot!
If I have to bring my PC in again, I'm going to look into my finances and see if I can make some purchases/PC parts so that I'm actually buying something significant that hopefully makes everything more worth it for you guys.

“Bella and Adrian were extremely helpful at the self checkout. I had previously purchased lighting arrangements that were discounted by my military discount. This time for whatever reason it wasn’t working. Bella attempted to help me but was unable to determine what the issue was. Adrian overheard the problem and came over from his register to help. He explained while signing into the machine that sometimes products can’t be discounted but he doubted that was the case. For whatever reason the discount didn’t apply properly so he restarted the transaction and manually put in the discount which worked. Both spoke clearly and concisely and made everything make sense.
Just two days prior to this I had Adrian help me by clearly explaining the difference between two Milwaukee tool bundle options.
If I ever need help checking out again I’ll be sure to go to those two first.”
