“Juan is amazing, spent quite a while here on a very hot day and he was very apologetic about it. i knew i needed to finance and even though he found me a rate, he went out of his way to get me a better percentage from someone else.
That being said, it is a used car dealership. most of these vehicle you’re gonna step into aren’t gonna run and drive as if they’re brand new, and if you’re not mechanically inclined or don’t know enough about certain makes/models/years , bring someone who is knowledgeable with you. it isn’t on the dealer to tell you every little quirk about certain vehicles, that’s your responsibility.
If you are in need of a new vehicle and don’t have the time or finances to go through marketplace or other sites, these guys are the way to go. just do your research on the vehicles you’re looking at and you’ll be fine, i would purchase from redline again!”
