“I've gone to Brausen for years with the three vehicles now. I have always been impressed with their quality of work, friendliness, and honesty. I recently bought a new (used) vehicle and they took the time outside of the inspection (which was very thorough) to help me understand what to look for and how to make sure I was getting a good deal. They greet me by name when I call or walk in and make the whole experience feel welcoming and pleasant. It's clear they hold themselves to a very high standard and it really shows in the work they do.”
“Came here after being disappointed from Smoke Den Tabacco near White Bear Lake. The owner or employee here was so friendly. Got to even try out the vape inside after I bought it and he already had the confidence of "Go for it. I know it's guna be good."And it was! He even knows his products and explained to me how to work the GeekBar's pulse and close at the bottom saying I'd get more hits if i kept it in the middle. It was even CHEAPER than what I originally paid for at the other one. Thanks for making my day!! 10/10 I recommend!”

“As stupid as it sounds, I judge a gas station by the quality of its nozzle, and the amount of gas that drips out after you take it back out of your fuel tank.
I know, it’s dumb, but I really like Costco’s pumps. They’ve got it together.
Also, it doesn’t hurt that they have the least expensive gas around.”

“I called after asking for a price and time frame on getting my catalytic converter replaced. They let me know right away they could get it taken care of on Thursday and it was Monday when I called. I dropped off my vehicle that day and they had it ready by lunch time on Thursday. Was up front friendly and was half the price of victory auto and glass. This shop seems to care about you I will be coming back.”

“Matt is our trusted mechanic! We made the decision to keep our low mileage well maintained vehicles, and keep them well maintained, rather than paying the high prices for new vehicles, and he makes sure that plan works for us. He has done several major repairs for us, he is very honest, communicates well, and stands behind his work. When we had a catastrophic engine failure when we were 50 miles out of town due to a defective part, he not only replaced it under his warranty policy, but also covered the cost of towing. My only issue with him is, he’s so honest and so reasonable, that he is always super busy, his parking lot is always full of cars to be repaired. Have him diagnose the issue, then schedule the repair, he will get the needed parts in house and get you back on the road ASAP. Nice guy, nice family, and a great team of employees.”

“Lots of good stuff at good prices, BUT flawed by the stupid practice of just "moving things around to keep it fresh." NOBODY who shops there likes that. People HATE it. Maybe listen to the people in the aisles instead of whatever knothead (who doesn't even shop at Costco, at least not with the hoi polloi) thinks randomly moving products around is a good idea.”

“The employee's are in need of an attitude adjustment and the new policy of holiday corporate is that if you buy a pack of cigarettes they need your driver's license to scan it into a database so they can keep track of you showing your ID is not acceptable and they will not sell you a pack of cigarettes they have to scan it and that is unacceptable to me . I don't want to be in Holidays database of customer information from my driver's license. The information on my driver's license is personal and confidential that only I are a police officer needs to look at and scan to collect information about me not holiday.i will not buy anything from Holiday station stores because they are violating my personal information for there gain.”

“We stopped by Hy Vee today and decided to have lunch in their market place before we went grocery shopping. We decided to have hibachi today. I ordered the pork with rice noodles, veggies and terriyaki sauce. It was pretty good. They do have other places to choose from like pizza, chicken, burgers and another asian place. If you are in the area you may want to try this.”
