“We signed up for sit means sit because our dog was constantly pulling and sniffing on walks like we did not exist. We did a six week program with Ryan and Pat and we got way more than what we paid for they train very well with an E collar And just after six weeks, my dog can now heel, Sit, place, come, eye contact all on command. she was a shelter dog and we had her for a little over a half a year and they did change her in so many ways cannot recommend this company enough. They come to you for a one hour session once a week and let you do the rest. It was very affordable and Ryan and Pat are great people.”
“The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly!! They are patient and willing to answer all sorts of questions, and help you problem solve what ever issues you might be having. Would give 11 stars if I could!”

“Sean did a great job trimming my two dogs' nails with the mobile service. They are large dogs and don't really like their nails trimmed, but he got it done.”
“The place is clean. Staff are great. The hours of operation need to be modified. We just drove a half hour one way because it says they are open till 8 but the staff said they actually close the self clean at 7 but the shopping area closes at 8. Waste of a drive, time, and gas. Very frustrating.”

“I love Chuck and Don's so much! Healthy options all over for your dog or cat and so many great collars, leashes, etc! I came here yesterday around dinner time, maybe just around 7pm ish, and I grabbed a few cow trachea, pig ears, and the staff working the register suggested trying the cow cheek rolls since I have a 5 year old Australian Shepherd and a 12 year old German Shepherd and they go through their chews and treats SO fast! My dogs are trying them as I type this and oh man I am happy he suggested this! My German Shepherd isn't fond of the whole roll itself, but she's getting strips off from my Aussie ripping them off and he is having a great time. She's loving the little strips and he's loving the whole thing! Highly recommend trying for a rawhide alternative. I am always looking for long lasting healthy things for my dogs and this hit the mark on how long they keep my dogs' interest, how long they last while being chewed nonstop, and if my dog seems excited for this treat and how easily they are able to hold and chew these on their own (verses needing assistance or me holding it or cutting it or something like that)”
“Recently took home a puppy from here and Avery could not have been more amazing. She answered all my questions and was very thorough throughout the entire process including details on the breeders. Just over a week now since I took the little guy home and he's adapted well. Very glad I decided to adopt from here!”

“I had to return cat food I recently purchased as my cat threw up 5 times after eating it within 2 days and 1 1/2 cups of food. The customer service employee made the return seamless and stress free. She was very helpful helping find the previous cat food I purchased before the recent purchase as i could not recall the name of it. She was absolutely great!”

“I have never been to this particular Chuck and Don’s for pet grooming. But, thought I’d give it a try. Sally was fabulous! She carefully listened to everything I asked her to do and she also cleaned our dogs teeth better than anyone else has ever done. We made two new appointments immediately so that we could get on her schedule. She is very popular for a good reason! Would highly recommend.”

“Bob is amazing. He has a huge assortment of bird feeders and seed mixtures for birds you wish to attract. Prices are fair and his customer service is excellent he is a veratible encyclopedia of avian knowledge. The road to get to his store is not for the faint of heart - single lane twisty gravel path for about a mile. It can be done in a regular passenger car but don't take a large RV down there!”

12-7-25 Well second time is a charm they say and it was. Thought my second trip was gonna be a bummer, but then an Angel Appeared out of the back and asked if I found what I was looking for. I told her what I needed, and showed her what it looked like from the Pet Supplies Plus App I have, and she went right to it!! I was so happy and relieved that I was getting what I came for!! The first gal that I asked which was the cashier, she thought it was out of stock. But, the brand I was looking for happened to be in two spots. Maybe she was new??? Anyway Mission Accomplished!! Great Prices and had a coupon from the store that they texted me!! Thank U Pet Supplies Plus!!”

“I find myself stopping into PSP more and more often. Why? First, it's conveniently located, making it easy for planned or unplanned pop-in visits to make the fur babies happy. Second, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. For example, my most recent visit was for the Buy 3, get 1 Free deal on treats. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I thought I knew what I wanted, so I went to the dog treat aisle and picked out the doggies treats. Given the deal, I started looking around and was approached by another associate who asked if I needed help. I couldn't recall the name brand, but I described the bag. She, without a delay, was able to pick out the treat based on description alone!! And it was a specialty brand, not a "famous" big name!! Mind blown! Great people, great prices and selection. That's why I keep coming back.”
“I ordered curbside pickup because I am injured and cannot walk well and have a torn rotator cuff so carrying a large bag of food would be rather difficult for me at this time. When I arrived at the Roseville location I opened the petco app and hit the “I’m here” button and it said someone would be right out with my order. No one came out .. after 10 minutes I attempted to call the store and I got a prerecorded message saying the store was closed at this time, even though it clearly was not - it was 8 they closed at 9 and there were still other customers going in and out of the store with purchases. I looked the phone number up just to double check I had the correct store and called again same thing. After 25 minutes I made my way inside and a girl was standing there doing nothing right by the front entrance and I explained my situation. Her response was “well the app doesn’t work to notify us you have to call”. I told her I did and that it said they were closed. She didn’t have any idea what to say … she went to get my order and another woman walked up and asked if I had been helped and before I could even respond she was gone. The girl came back with the order so much as threw the large bag of food and other item I had purchased at me and said “here ya go”. Not can I help you to the car.. not do you need help carrying this… not can I get you a cart even!! She literally stood and watched as I limped out of the store barely hanging into the bag of dog food. Some people are Absolutely not fit for customer service or even jobs with the general public at all. She was one of those people. I will not go back and I will drive to a further away location to make sure I don’t run into her again. Ridiculous!!!!”
“I’m so happy this place is right by my new house very knowledgeable staff. They knew exactly what I needed. Got me in and out of there and they have a rewards program. We’re like you can earn a free item after you buy so many of them and I’m always in there buying dog food or pet supplies for the fish.”
“Large selection of products for cats and dogs and a decent amount for other small pets. The prices are a little bit expensive but you can find pretty much anything you need for your pet. They also have a small adoption center inside their store with some kittens that's run by ruff start adoption. If you adopt a kitten PetSmart gives you a discount on any items you buy for them! Staff a really helpful here and very friendly. They are all also knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help their customers! Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the prices which is their only downside.”

“I first bought from them at the sioux falls reptile expo to get feeders for my crested gecko and my tree frogs. I was quite happy with them so I placed a recurring order for crickets as well as a large cricket enclosure setup. The crickets arrived in great condition and well-packed. The setup really will help keep my crickets healthy and thriving in between shipments. Really happy with them!”
