“Our family has been using Goodrich Pharmacy in Andover for over 20 years. There’s so many reasons why we stay with Goodrich instead of the big pharmacies. They take the time to answer Our questions about medications, interactions, side effects and more.
A few months ago Dan went out of his way to help my father in law get his insulin prescription transferred from Aitkin as he had forgotten it before traveling out of state. Goodrich was closing in less than two hours and he made it happen for my FIL to get what he needed before leaving.
I have had a lot of medication needs the last six months due to a breast cancer diagnosis and have felt so supported and cared for by all of the pharmacists and technicians. Even being on a fairly new FDA approved medication, they have been able to help me make decisions about my own care, also helping me to find funding for this new med-saving me $$!

“A great place to get rid of cancer which I had 6.5 years ago.. HCMC rocks medical care! Oops . That was for the actual HCMC Specialty clinic. But it's true. Yes 5 stars for the pharmacy as well. I'm not surprised at the high rating for this pharmacy. Yes it can get busy but months ago I was struggling with medications being filled timely.. The place just does great job by being quick to fill and don't run out of my meds constantly. Thanks a bunch!”

“Love this pharmacy! Used to pick up my prescriptions from Walgreens and would literally have to wait in line ~at least~ 30 minutes every time I went to pick up. I hardly ever wait more than 10 at this pharmacy! And they're very prompt at getting my prescriptions filled. Plus, they're all super nice there :) highly recommend!”

“Stopped a lady from buying gift cards for a scammer, watched a guy get tackled by the local PD for shoving steaks in his pants, great conversation with the deli employees about their favorite cuts of meats while the same guy got cuffed, they had a shockingly good cheese selection, and they have an entire BBQ sauce shelf section which, as a displaced Texan, I'm all about. 4 stars because they closed the side entrance by the amazon box.”
“Have 20+ years of pharmacy experience and when I left my job as a pharmacy tech and had to find a new pharmacy, I was very scared. I’ve seen how many pharmacies run over the years and didn’t know I’d find one I trusted. They made the switch easy and staff has always treated me kindly! “I honestly was pleasantly surprised by this place, in terms of customer service and pricing--both were great and beyond what I expected. Hy-Vee isn't my main grocery store, but I will continue to use this pharmacy even if it means an extra stop; it's a convenient location and easy to get in and out of.
Many of the large, retail pharmacies have lost their touch and compassion for serving their patients, and do not always have the best prices; I hope more people come support local pharmacies, like this one, instead. I am glad I switched.
I came on a Sunday, accidentally *right* before close, and while that was rude of me, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and also non-judgmental while treating me like a good customer. I plan to come earlier in the future, of course, but it was so refreshing to get nice service and be respected like a person should be.
