“This place was fantastic. We were leaving town to head home to St. Louis and had a tire issue at 4:00PM. I couldn't even get another shop to answer the phone. They picked up, got me right in and we were on the road in an hour. Fantastic service that saved us from being on the side of the road later in the night. “I was skeptical about chain stores but Jeff helped me. He was kind, and took the time to explain my options for tires. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best tires that were in my budget and he helped arrange my brake repair and alignment. UPDATE:11/10 I had a screw in my tire. I didnt have an appointment and was told there would be roughly 1-2 hour wait. I waited there and was prepared for the wait. To my surprise they got me in and out in about 30 minutes. You guys are awesome! I will definitely be going to Heartland for all of our vehicle needs.
