As soon as I walked in the guy working had an attitude sounded annoyed and made us uncomfortable horrible customer service.

Horrible place. Owner or manger the old lady absolutely disgusting behaviour. Was told my pre orders would be held and they were sold at the miscommunication of someone working there. Voiced my frustration with the lady and the entire time was condescending saying things like “idk what u want me to do” and I said it several times I’m voicing my frustration and hopefully you can communicate to your staff about the miscommunication and she said “ ya but I’ve already done that” disgusting behaviour staff. No customer service or care

The customer service here is not good at all. I’m sure maybe other employees are better, but the big white guy with the ponytail was acting so rudely and had an attitude. I would not recommend coming here to shop. I suggest taking your money to a different location.

They never answer their phone. Why? GameStop at this point need to just throw the towel in. GameStop in this location let alone worldwide is never busy. There is no excuse to not be able to answer the phone when literally nobody usually goes there unless they actually have to have a genuine question about stock but yet, this location never answers their phone and I’ve called her multiple times during the day

Just stopped in for 10 mins driving around between appointments. Bought 3 items. In the time I browsed the guy working helping 5 groups. He was nice and helpful to everyone. He offered the normal things I know he's required too but did it with kindness and not pushy. I'd definitely come back. Great employee. Don't screw it up GS and lose a real one.

Super friendly and knowledgeable employee, we ended up chatting for a few minutes. He even let me know the level of compatibility between the controller and game i was trying to play. Great selection of games, controllers, etc for the small size store, and they had what I needed!
