I brought in my work shirts and couch pillow cases that have sentimental value. They came out perfect and my expectations were met on my shirts. They were very friendly and and I appreciate getting texts that my order was ready a day early! They are my Cleaners now!”
“Love that they document how to starch your shirts, haven’t had a dry cleaner even give me an option for that before. Got my quilt turned around and very clean within 48 hours. Also charitable service, they do free laundry for homeless who need nice clothing cleaned for an interview”

“I came in to inquire about prices while on a walk as I had been looking for a dry cleaner within my budget for a few items. The front desk staff member was super helpful and emailed me a full price list answering all my questions. I came back a couple days letter to drop off my items and again received excellent customer service from a different staff member. The clothes were ready in a couple days as promised. My clothes were returned in great condition. I had brought in a handmade vyshyvanka (traditional dress shirt) and was worried that the clean wouldn't be gentle enough but it looks amazing. Convenient location, fair price, and great staff. Would recommend and will return for any dry cleaning needs. Thank you!”

“If I could rate this laundromat out of 10, I would give it a 9.5/10 because sometimes the floors are a little gross and sometimes the place reeks of marijuana. The machines are alright, and get the job done. My one wish is that these would be maintenanced a little more often and the detergent/bleach input area be cleaned more frequently.”
“Holy Moly! Tad & Christina, the 2nd generation owners, are magic workers! I dropped off a filthy men's baby blue linen suit with mud all over it from my son's Derby Days College Party. It seriously looked gone for good. There was thick black mud on the arms and legs and a redish / purplish stain on the lapel. I don't even know how he got his white shirt so dirty. But it was all destined for the trash. Until Tad got a hold of it. And when he was finished, Christina sent it back to him for a second try. Between the two of them they have achieved baby blue linen suit perfection. I am so grateful!! Thank you! You two are the best and so appreciated!”

“I have been utilizing Hamline cleaners for a LONg time and never ever had any bad experiences.The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Joe is hands down the best! He is so personable and works with you to understand your needs and goes above and beyond for delivery.This is a mom and pop business that has been around since 1932. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their work ethic is out of this world.I am really glad that this place survived the many construction projects on 51 and the pandemic. I make a point to go out of my way to bring all my dry cleaning to Hamline cleaners.”

Osman cleaners was flexible in the date and time by which my items would be cleaned and provided prompt notification when my items were ready for pick up. Just a heads up- you can only pay in cash or check! Don't make my mistake and come ready with your credit card.”
“We arrived with a large bag of dirty clothes, exchanged dollars in a special machine for special coins, threw things into 2 washing machines + coins on a timer + powder, locked the machines and left for 20 minutes on other matters. They returned, took the things out of the washing machines into the basket, brought it to the drying machine, did all the same procedures as with the washing machine, left for about 15 minutes to do their own thing... They returned, took the things from the dryer into the bag, smiled at everyone present and set off home))”
“Peace and quiet doing laundry clean too..I've lived in my apartment across the street for 2 yrs and I must say I spent more money trying to was ha load in my building I save 20 bucks by walking my 2 loads and it do not take 5 hrs for 2 loads...I'm impressed you may get the loud cellphone users....but other than that the earlier the better..less traffic...could use a mini detergent vending and more selection of sodas and snacks in the vending machines”
“Been with these guys for over 10yrs what really made me have mad respect for them is when I fell on hard time n I fell hard they kept my things for me over a year they could of thrown sold kept or gave away my things but no the understood in my things were there for me to pick up THAT'S LOVE ???”

“Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!”
“I’ve had this old teddy bear for nearly 30 years. It means more to me than I can say, and I hope to keep it another 30 and so on, however, that being said, it REALLY needed some TLC.I brought this in and the woman at the front was so sweet and happy to give the ol’ stuffy a “makeover.”He looks great, perfect. He is softer than the day I got him from my dad.The staff was great. All of them. They also fixed a dress I bought, easily. The experience was stress free, and they answered all of my questions.I sincerely feel like people that have negative reviews on here were either extremely rude or had impossible expectations, I mean, reading one of these reviews… who asks the front desk if they are having a bad day? That’s like telling a woman to smile, or bugging someone while they have headphones on.Don’t treat people like the “help” they are human beings for godsake, and you want a good relationship with people like this that are going to do their damn-best to make your stuff new again. They are not miracle workers though, if you wait 7 years to get pit-stains out of a shirt from The Gap that you wore, and washed 57 times afterwards, do you really think they’d be perfect in one go?That’s on you.Not them.Take care of your stuff and get it cleaned by places like this sooner, then they can help you with the expectations you have in mind. Haven’t you been to a cleaner before dude?Instead of just coming in here or Yelp trying to “drag” a business, wouldn’t it be so much cooler to go back to the place, tell them about your dissatisfaction and then work to make it right (teamwork amiright?). Wouldn’t getting some additional help be a lot cheaper and less energy then being negative?These people are great, don’t listen to any downright negative Nancy’s that say they deserve “less than one star” while also explaining that the staff already reached out to help them.If a company didn’t care or have good morals they wouldn’t be responding to all of these reviews.But I digress…thank you so much St Croix Cleaners. I cannot wait to work with you and your kind, reasonable, trustworthy staff again. Thank you for taking something so precious of mine and making me cry in the car with how happy I am at the results.”

“The only reason for four stars is because at times this place can be very dirty. Graffiti on the bathroom walls and door in the men's room. The one time there was a syringe on the floor notified the attendant and was taken care of immediately. Other than that no otger complaints.”
“Honestly, going to the laundromat sucks. However, every time I go to blue Lake laundromat, I have an amazing time. Management is super friendly and the machines are reasonable and quick. I think I dried a whole load with $.75. I like the fact that I have control over how long my clothes dry. We were looking for a greay Laundromat I would choose this one.”

“This is the best laundromat i've ever been to in my life. I have severe fragrance allergies and have to risk death by anaphylaxis to visit most laundromats. This place honestly has the best ventilation of any business of any type i've ever been to. There are very high ceilings and multiple ceiling fans running at all times. You can barely smell the fabric softener when you walk in! They also sell unscented detergent and dryer sheets, something that's hard to find these days. The whole time I was there, employees were cleaning--the machines, the folding tables, mopping the floor. I also love that it's open 24 hours. This place has been such a blessing to me.”
