“I can’t say enough good things about MetroPet. I’m genuinely so impressed with the dedication and care they’ve shown my Toy Poodle puppy, Maple. From the front desk team to the vet staff, everyone is kind, patient, and truly focused on providing top-notch care.
Maple has been a sensitive little pup (from food, vaccines, you name it) and the MetroPet team has been consistently supportive through it all. They’re always willing to take a phone call when I have questions, and they never make me feel rushed or silly for being a worried puppy parent. They’ve even gone out of their way to help us on a weekend by getting Maple a prescription she needed, which meant so much.
Dr. Harris has especially exceeded my expectations. You can tell she truly loves her patients and is passionate about excellent puppy care. She’s been thorough, thoughtful, and proactive. Even taking the extra step to call our groomer to ensure they had the paperwork needed for Maple’s first groom. That level of care and follow-through is rare.
I would trust any pet with this clinic. MetroPet is exceptional, and I’m so grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!”

“We started taking our pup to Rice pet clinic when he was very ill. We learned he had Blastomycosis which is a very rare and highly fatal fungal infection. The vets and staff at Rice Pet Clinic were so patient and kind through the whole process. We’ve worked primarily with Dr. Jason who did not make me feel forced into any tests or procedures along the way. Instead he provided his recommendations and listened when I forward with recommendations that I had found based on my own research and help through a support group. We took each step together. It’s been almost a year of bringing our pup in every 1-2 months or so for labs and he’s almost in the clear! Thank you so much Dr. Jason and team!”

“It's so easy to get an appointment with Ark. Dr Andrea is so kind and good with our dogs. We have a rescue dog who has struggled with fear and anxiety. Dr Mary just did a meet and greet with us when she saw that our pup just was too scared to go through an exam. Several months later, Dr Andrea worked with us to do an exam and give her the shots she needed. It was a great experience for all of us.”
“There are truly not enough words to express how amazing they are. Dr. Hedges saved my childhood dog many years ago and has now been working incredibly closely to help my current dog. I moved and got dogs but didn't use brighton as they were further, and I was a kid when we used them before. I still live far away but I'm moving all my dogs over and wish I would've long ago. I've never dealt with a clinic that gives such great care as well and truly seem to care about every patient. When I go there, it doesn't feel like it's just a job to them, it feels like they enjoy being there and helping animals. I love it!”

“Grateful to the staff at East Lake Animal Clinic for caring for our little family. Dr. Travis, Dr. Cheri, Kiki, Aimee, Shelby, Nick and all the others whose names currently escape us, thank you so much for the love and respect you've consistently shown our family in caring for our smallest living members Jesus, Chloe and Cecil, as well as the family that we've lost, Jaegar, Duncan and Dexter. Jesus is our spiciest chihuahua rescue, who absolutely loves going to the vet to see his favorite people. He howls out the car window until we arrive, walks through the door with a big grin and googley eyes, wagging his tail and batting his greying eyelashes, barely able to stop wiggling long enough to capture an accurate weight on the scale. Unfortunately, his switch flips instantly upon being touched or examined, and he turns into a tiny terrifying monster. But not for long. As soon as he's off the exam table and back on the floor, he's happy again and yes he will take the treats being offered and he thanks you very kindly. Thank you for caring for our pack.”
“Kenwood has long been our primary resource for veterinary care and we are always happy with the standard of care and the kindness our pets are treated to. Something I really also value, though, is how willing and quick Kenwood vets are to be part of a more integrated approach to a problem involving specialists or urgent care external to the clinic. They are always interested in and invested in the best outcome for our pets and that is deeply appreciated. On this occasion, they gently guided our Greyhound mix through x-rays for an upcoming visit to a rehab clinic and affirmed the preliminary injury diagnosis given by an Urgent Care vet. I value my relationship with all of the vets and staff at Kenwood.”

Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule.
We feel like the staff has always shown up with compassion, professionalism, and absolute genuine care. They LOVE our dog Marzipan, everyone genuilnly greats her and hopes she's doing well. Even new empoleeyes we meet fall in love with her and it's very hearwarming.

I have a very anxious boy and I was so worried about the vet visit being overwhelming for him, but the vet tech was just as kind and loving with him as I am. It’s rare that I feel like a vet treats my cats as if they’re their own, so I was very thankful. The vet was straightforward and nice as well. If I wasn’t moving out of the state soon, I could see this being the place took my cats to for the rest of their lives.”
“I've been coming here since September of 2021 and keep returning because they continue to impress me with their standard of care and consideration. They are exceptionally accountable, personable, and reasonable. I have a pretty reactive pit mix who does not fare well with other animals. The exterior entrances to the exam rooms are a GAME CHANGER! The staff at SNOAH have started to give my reactive girl quarterly sedated nail trims. This whole time I assumed she'd just have to get over herself a little and stay kenneled next to other potential drop offs (prior and post nail trim). To my surprise, I just figured out they give her the exam room for the duration of her stay. Wow. That means if I drop her off at 8am and can't come grab her till the afternoon, she has the comfort of her own stress free area. There has to be a dozen vet clinics far closer to me, but I will continue to make my 80 minute round trip for Shorview North Oaks Animal Hospital. Thank you to everyone at SNOAH. “We love Apache Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Ross and the vet techs. We’ve been coming here for about six years with multiple pets, including a senior cat, our dog, and now two kittens. If anyone is going to care for our pets, we want it to be someone like Dr. Ross, who genuinely LOVES animals. He’s always great at explaining what’s going on and how to care for our pets at home, and his care and compassion really stand out. The team also does their best to get us in same day when something urgent comes up, which we truly appreciate. 10/10 recommend!”
