Pet Doctors helped our anxious, formerly-aggressive-at-the-vet cat to manage appointments with less stress, initially with gabapentin but eventually they built up enough trust that she can now go in monthly for arthritis treatments without any medication.
They've helped our two cats through age-related conditions, subscription kidney diets, and dental surgeries, and were very compassionate helping us through one of the hardest times in our lives: getting our beloved Danny Boy diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, fighting to get him in for timely treatment at a facility that had radiation equipment, and finally guiding palliative care when it became clear there were no other viable options.”
“I can’t say enough good things about MetroPet. I’m genuinely so impressed with the dedication and care they’ve shown my Toy Poodle puppy, Maple. From the front desk team to the vet staff, everyone is kind, patient, and truly focused on providing top-notch care.
Maple has been a sensitive little pup (from food, vaccines, you name it) and the MetroPet team has been consistently supportive through it all. They’re always willing to take a phone call when I have questions, and they never make me feel rushed or silly for being a worried puppy parent. They’ve even gone out of their way to help us on a weekend by getting Maple a prescription she needed, which meant so much.
Dr. Harris has especially exceeded my expectations. You can tell she truly loves her patients and is passionate about excellent puppy care. She’s been thorough, thoughtful, and proactive. Even taking the extra step to call our groomer to ensure they had the paperwork needed for Maple’s first groom. That level of care and follow-through is rare.

“These vets, techs, receptionist, and staff all LOVE your animals. They show continued care and compassion at every visit we come to. I’ve take our two cats here for just over a year since moving to the area. Pricing is affordable and reasonable, they don’t push unnecessary products or labs, and they happily answer any and all questions my anxious cat mom brain comes up with. I’ve also been impressed by their willingness to help over the phone when we’ve had issues between annual exams. They were able to diagnose our cat with cat pink eye and get him antibiotic cream without the added stress of a vet visit for him. I also love that they provide calming blankets and lots of treats. They approach each animal calmly and our usually skittish Murphy has never fled of fear! Seriously cannot recommend enough. Thank you!”

“We started taking our pup to Rice pet clinic when he was very ill. We learned he had Blastomycosis which is a very rare and highly fatal fungal infection. The vets and staff at Rice Pet Clinic were so patient and kind through the whole process. We’ve worked primarily with Dr. Jason who did not make me feel forced into any tests or procedures along the way. Instead he provided his recommendations and listened when I forward with recommendations that I had found based on my own research and help through a support group. We took each step together. It’s been almost a year of bringing our pup in every 1-2 months or so for labs and he’s almost in the clear! Thank you so much Dr. Jason and team!”
“The techs were so knowledgeable and caring and Dr Gibbs was amazingly kind too. I love how choices were given and advice without out judgement or any pressure to get all care options done all at this time. Just love and caring for Penny and myself. Pet care is expensive but All Pets is right in line with what I was charged at other vets in the past. I Alanna(?I’m not great with names) the receptionist was awesome too. Very patient and helpful. Even though it was the end of day everyone was patient and kind as I made decisions for my dog with summer allergies. She’s feeling much better already, a few days later and I will be bringing her back for vaccinations asap. 🥰”
“It's so easy to get an appointment with Ark. Dr Andrea is so kind and good with our dogs. We have a rescue dog who has struggled with fear and anxiety. Dr Mary just did a meet and greet with us when she saw that our pup just was too scared to go through an exam. Several months later, Dr Andrea worked with us to do an exam and give her the shots she needed. It was a great experience for all of us.”

“I've been coming here since September of 2021 and keep returning because they continue to impress me with their standard of care and consideration. They are exceptionally accountable, personable, and reasonable. I have a pretty reactive pit mix who does not fare well with other animals. The exterior entrances to the exam rooms are a GAME CHANGER! The staff at SNOAH have started to give my reactive girl quarterly sedated nail trims. This whole time I assumed she'd just have to get over herself a little and stay kenneled next to other potential drop offs (prior and post nail trim). To my surprise, I just figured out they give her the exam room for the duration of her stay. Wow. That means if I drop her off at 8am and can't come grab her till the afternoon, she has the comfort of her own stress free area. There has to be a dozen vet clinics far closer to me, but I will continue to make my 80 minute round trip for Shorview North Oaks Animal Hospital. Thank you to everyone at SNOAH. Lady Bug loves you guys! ?”
“Our dog had been suffering from severe allergies, something I found out is quite common among the critter world especially in the Fall. Our main vet, Dr. Hershey (an irreplaceable vet) prescribed a treatment for him so we scheduled him after we tried other options (more frequent baths, Benedryl for his size, etc.) but his symptoms continued to worsen.
He was given a shot which, within a day, instantly fixed his symptoms.
Heather & Kelly, the vet team, were extraordinary. Our dog is a rescue that came to us severely neglected & abused, so he has much trouble trusting other people. They were so good with him and were able to accomplish his exam/treatment with extreme ease.
The reception staff, e.g. Pat, are always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have dealt with McKenzie several times and she has been incredible. We have been taking all of our dogs to Westgate for, at least, 28 years. Thank you, yet again, for your amazing care & service to our furry family members.”
“This was my first time at Vet Partners Minneapolis. I previously got services through Petco/Vetco but wanted to establish care for my two kitties at a local vet clinic.
I really appreciated and enjoyed my experience with the staff at Vet partners. Their electronic service that they use to schedule appointments and upload documents was easy to navigate and use.
Dr Lloyd and Ash were so gentle and patient with my kitties and obviously care about what they do! They answered all of my questions and Ash worked really hard to make sure all my charges were done correctly and had told me the upfront costs before anything was done.
Will be coming back and am hopeful this is a start of my kitties getting care from Vet Partners in the long-term!”
