Customer service is none existent. Im working out of town and have been calling all week to refill my prescription so I can pick it up this weekend. No answer in the pharmacy and the store manager also no response. The girl at the front counter keeps putting me on hold not knowing what to do. 💩

Would give it 0 stars if I could. When I called with questions, the pharmacist was incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful.

The pharmacy at this location is BY FAR the WORST walgreens I have EVER dealt with!!🤬
The employee's have the nastiest attitudes, take forever to get something filled, WON'T answer the phone, ZERO customer service and they will definitely make you feel unwelcome!!🥴
Don't be someone unfamiliar getting something filled because YOU WILL be in for a terrible experience!🤯
Especially the NASTY attitude having girl with gauge piercings in her ears!🤮
Attitude reflects leadership!!💯
You NEED to do better Walgreens pharmacy!!

Their is mean Somali girl in that pharmacy and she really disrespected my mum today at 2 o’clock and the date today July 15 2025
and got help from a nice lady Arab thanks to her but please I hope you teach that girl how she can respect her fellow customers she is mean and rude to her customers. Thanks

I agree with another comment on the head pharmacist being grumpy. After being charged for a medication that was covered by my medical provider, I returned for a refund for the second time. The previous person had told me that I need to speak with the pharmacist. The pharmacist had the audacity to tell me that a refund was beyond her pay scale and I needed to return again to speak with the store manager. I pointed out that it was doubtful that other possibly a corporate manager, it was likely she was most likely the highest payed person for that location. She reminded once again that my issue was beyond her pay scale.
I then found an assistant store manager whom proceeded to issue me a return of my wrongfully charged medication.
I get that these people have a very high paced, stressful job. Maybe something that should have been considered before deciding to do it for a living. Customer service based jobs definitely aren't for everyone!

The pharmacy never has things ready. Even if you order things ahead of time. If I could give it zero stars, that's what I would do. Walgreens needs to hire more people.

I’ve been coming here for my medication for a long time. And just recently they have not been refilling my meds for weeks at a time until I call. I’ve called 3 times yesterday, placed on hold for over an hour and hung up on. Same thing happened today. I will not longer be using them as a pharmacy since they are terrible at their jobs

Not great. Slow to help. It said online they had Covid testing here. Got there and they said they were out and couldn’t update online. Didn’t offer any other options.

Understaffed and unfriendly pharmacy staff. I was unable to get my prescription after two separate visits. I'd recommend using a different pharmacy.

The young man at the checkout counter was looking at his phone literally the entire time checking out the line of customers. Extremely unprofessional. I realize hiring is tough but having your staff stay off their phones while waiting on customers, is a pretty minimal requirement.

This used to be such a great pharmacy. What happened? The pharmacy is useless, we finally switched to Cub Foods. The non-pharmacy staff is still helpful, so I gave an extra star for that. Otherwise don't bother with the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is horrible. Sitting on the refill for my Insulin script for 15 days. Finally went in on my Saturday off to find out what the delay was, only to have a "Closed at 1:30 due to staffing issues" sign. Walgreens corporate needs to stop pretending this is a viable pharmacy and close it down. Transfer the scripts to Roseville
