So so ... Made an appointment today's before to get my phone.Looked at via a virus but they didn't hook it up and they just kind of cleaned it up.But I doubt that will help ongoing spams and scams email gmails.Et cetera slow could move a little faster.

Terrible service, purchased a 65" tv and PS5 controller online to pick up in store, waited over the hour time it said online to pick up. Drove almost an hour to pick it up to get an email stating that I couldn't get the TV while I was pulling into the parking lot. No help inside the store, finally had someone ask if I needed help. Asked where the tv was or if I needed to cancel the order. She sent my to the desk, no real assistance there other than to cancel the whole order. No offer to upgrade or anything. Terrible customer service. Will not be shopping Bestbuy anymore.

Inaccurate listing to sell item for more. Purchased a PS5 open-box condition excellent online for pickup. Got to the store and it was the PS5 in shrink wrap, no box. Execellent condition states,
Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings.
Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement).
My concern, I've never been able to return an item purchased at best buy without the original packaging. How did they get this PS5? Geek squad repair and now they're labeling it as open box to charge more? It wasn't the display either, this version came out for X-mas. What a waste of time. Hopefully it's just this Best Buy and not a trend with all the stores.

I've bought, 3 Tvs, 3 sound bars .. 3 vacuums, and more from Saint Cloud Best buy.. not including small $15-50 accessories. But after buying a car stereo and having them lie about increasing the volume and messing up the car audio. We stopped going with this store for audio. Because they kept up the XM radio or Bluetooth call. One of them didn't work. So that's why I'm going with Sound connection

Called the day before about the new pokemon release and they told me to come early and they would have some in store. Then I get there early and I'm first in line and the manager says they didn't have any he sold them all online

Not many staff working, waited over 15 minutes till someone could help us. When we did get waited on, we were able to pick out what we wanted with assistance and left. Some days it's just like that..it's life haha.

Mixed feelings. Not a lot of staff available, but I did get some help. Not the stores fault, but trying to wade through all the options for a laptop computer is impossible for anyone who isn't heavily into technology with all of the inevitable changes. Two many choices can paralysis buyers — it did for me!

Waited two days for something in stock
To be avaliable for pick up.
I was told a couple hours.
the next day I inquired and they hung up on me.
The associate then drug the 1400$ moniter i purchased across the floor and the box was absolutely destroyed.
It was marked open box as working in excellent condition.
The moniter was defective as it would turn on but not display.
Nobody tested the moniter or it just got broken, it was marked as inspected.
But after finding Previous owners paperwork in the box it makes it hard to belive they went through it before selling it to me.
The return process was easy
Just alot of wasted time.
