About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides a convenient and generally smooth rental experience. The staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful, kind, and efficient. The process is often fast, and the vehicles are reported to be nice, clean, in good shape, and running great with no issues. Many customers state they would use them again or return for future rentals.
Some aspects can be mildly confusing, such as the airport desk or directions. There is also mention of upselling on reservations. A deposit hold is placed on the card in addition to the rental fee, which is returned in a timely fashion. For after-hours returns, a drop box is available, though the parking may not feel secure. Overall, experiences are pleasant, with great service from start to finish.

Abdi provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time made it easy and waited for me to get back after a very stressful day and made sure I had transportation. I was reliable at a fair cost. Definitely would recommend.
