“I wasn't able to get the vehicle type I reserved, so I was obviously disappointed, but Cole went above and beyond to make it right and find a vehicle that will work for our trip. Thank you, Cole!”

“The St. Cloud Avis was fantastic to work with! We picked up on a Thursday and we were given options between two different vehicles. We picked a Honda odyssey. The gentleman working (I believe Abdi was his name) took time to clean the inside and outside before we left with the vehicle. While we had the vehicle, we had some unforeseen maintenance issues happen. We went to the Hebron, KY airport location and had an awful experience when we exchanged the Honda odyssey for a dirty Chrysler voyager. When we returned the vehicle, the same man helped us with the return. He was so friendly and kind. He thanked us for cleaning the vehicle before returning it. Honestly if it wasn’t for the service we received in St. Cloud, MN we would never use Avis again. Other Avis locations should take a note on customer service from the St. Cloud, MN location.”

“Abdi provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time made it easy and waited for me to get back after a very stressful day and made sure I had transportation. I was reliable at a fair cost. Definitely would recommend.”
