I rented a minivan from the Roosevelt Rd. location. When I arrived at the rental location, the waiting area was a mess... multiple used cups on the table and trash was littered on the floor. Not a very good first impression for sure. Then when I was directed to my rental (Chrysler Pacifica), it was covered in dirt and bug splatter. The inside was full of sand on the carpet, wrappers were on the floor and multiple sunscreen stains were on the seats. I don't think anyone even attempted to clean the van from the previous renter. Later, I discovered the windshield washer fluid reservoir was completely dry and the tires were over inflated by 20 psi. I ended up spending over 2 hours washing, cleaning and maintaining the van before we left for our 10-day road trip the next day. I have rented several vehicles from various agencies and the as-found level of cleanliness/maintenance I saw on this vehicle was by far the worst I have ever seen. I will say that the van performed as expected during the 10 days we traveled in it.

Just dont even bother. I just watched my daughter go through hell and got charged $790.00 for damages that they know were not on her. Now I have to take the time to go to court and they lack customer service and everyone has a different answer.

They were not around when I arrived but there was a number to call and a drop box to leave keys. The parking was not secure so I checked back later to make sure they closed out my rental. The budget desk at the airport was mildly confusing as were the directions to the car rental desk. The agent got to me in a reasonable amount of time. He tried up selling me on a reservation I already made so this confused me. The garage pickup was fairly fast and my car was nice. I would use them again.

This site has been very convenient for us, and they are always very easy to work with. We rent frequently because we have family in town, and every rental with them has gone smoothly and the cars have been in good shape.
Zak especially has been efficient and helpful.

Don’t use the Uber reserve here. Agents at desk don’t know how to use it. Then when I ask for a one way, I get denied due to inventory.

Rented a truck. And got “extras”
Truck was filthy! Windshield was caked with bugs, tires muddy and the interior was disgusting! Had to clean the truck inside and out. Even had rotting food in the cab. But the best part was finding out the truck leaks into the cabin in the rain. Drove it three days being soaked!
But I called and they refunded me 150 dollars out of 2100.00

Great and friendly staff. Always a fast process never a issue in and out. 200 hold on card plus rental fee. My deposit is always returned in a timely fashion

Rented full size car received a full size charger gt. Clean interior, nice car. Rented with half a tank as stated on the checkout receipt. Returned with 3/4. Still received a fuel charge of $23

My experience was great from start to finish. This was my first time renting a car and I didn’t know there were only certain forms of payment accepted, but with the utmost patience and support they had I was able to rent my first car. They were extremely helpful and kind. It was a pleasant experience and surprise being that many places lack this nowadays. Thank you all for your great service. I will be returning for any future rentals I may need.
