“Super easy to set up rental, prices were best in area. Rental was 2024 Buick Enclave, very low mileage, needed an oil change while we were on vacation, had options to get oil changed through Avis or exchange for a different rental. If we had more time we definitely would have waited, but received same model vehicle and swap was easier than changing from one car to the other. Super impressed and will rent from here in the future!”
“They were not around when I arrived but there was a number to call and a drop box to leave keys. The parking was not secure so I checked back later to make sure they closed out my rental. The budget desk at the airport was mildly confusing as were the directions to the car rental desk. The agent got to me in a reasonable amount of time. He tried up selling me on a reservation I already made so this confused me. The garage pickup was fairly fast and my car was nice. I would use them again.”

“They are helpful and flexible with scheduling. They are willing to answer questions. My only complaint is their automated phone system. There's no guarantee the person you get is from the office you called, and they don't make that clear. When you try to get to speak to a person at the local office, it is complicated.”
