“I love this store. Anyone who knows this store knows how friendly the workers are. It's so convenient for a quick stop-shop/gas. Five stars indeed. Although rarely you might find teenagers doing teenager not so good stuff out by there, they're all good people looking for a buzz. And it's getting more and more rare to see teens. (I bet they're growing up and getting jobs.) May the light giuce us.”
“The store was clean and organized as always. The only issue I had was the sled check-out wasn't scanning properly. There were other customers standing there waiting for theirs to work also. They eventually started working after a few minutes. I do Instacart orders there pretty frequently, that's the first time that's happened there. Otherswise, the store and employees are nice.”

“Kwik Trip in St. Cloud is a convenient stop when I need gas, a quick snack, or a basic grocery item. I’ve been here plenty of times, and it’s always clean and well-stocked, which is something I appreciate in a gas station. The employees are usually friendly, and even when they’re busy, they keep the lines moving at a decent pace.
One of the things I like about Kwik Trip is their food selection. For a gas station, they have a surprisingly decent variety of hot food. I’ve grabbed breakfast sandwiches a few times, and they’re not bad—definitely better than what you’d expect from most convenience stores. Their fried chicken is decent too, though I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. It’s just nice to have the option if you need something quick.
The coffee is another solid option. It’s not anything fancy, but it’s hot, fresh, and there are plenty of choices for creamers and flavors. The bakery section is also worth mentioning. I don’t always get something, but when I do, the donuts and muffins are usually fresh and taste good. Prices are reasonable, which makes it an easy choice if I want a quick treat.
Overall, Kwik Trip is a reliable and convenient stop. It’s not somewhere I’d go just for the food, but if I’m already there, I know I can grab something decent. Whether I need gas, a coffee, or just a quick bite, it gets the job done.”

“Awesome customer service at the pharmacy counter. I also did purchase some fruit. The customer service at the front register was very amazing and the lady that rang me up was very nice. I also stopped by the Starbucks inside, and the three amazing young women that work there were very patient very friendly, very kind. I was able to get my dragon fruit mango refresher drink with all food inclusions made with lemonade just how I liked. It was amazing. It was the best day out in a long time, even though I was just at the store. thank you for being kind.”

“Many of the negative reviews come from people who don’t live in this neighborhood and seem to leave bad feedback for businesses in general. The employees here work hard and are genuinely friendly. Most of the time when I visit, there’s only one person working, yet they still manage to smile—even when customers talk down to them or, in some cases, put their hands on them.
They do their best to keep the store clean and stocked. I’ve personally watched employees tidy up counters and tables, only for a group of adults to trash the area the moment the employee walks away. Customer service isn’t dying—customer decency is.”

“I left my meds down in the cities and was staying up in StCloud for 3 days...being there was a snowstorm and I didn't want to make the 4 hour (on a good day) Round trip, they were kind enough to get me enough to last the 3 days. VERY MINIMAL CHARGE, too!”
