“I refinanced my car through Great River Federal Credit (former name) during summer of 2025. My specialist was AUBREY KRUEGER. It was a smooth process and I even set up AUTOPAY (signed through EDOCS by both parties). On October 19, I received a letter from the mail through their new company (Credit Union 1) that I am late by 15 days. I tried to contact her via email and text but no response as of now.
If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate this to my LAWYER.
Edit as of 12/25:
Issue has been resolved and had a different team member who resolved my issue. Amber Mathiasen helped me solved my problem and set upy autopay. Payment has been received and my late payment was not reported to the credit bureaus. I also plan on paying off the loan completely next year if everything goes accordingly. Shout-out to Amber for her great customer service experience.”

“I have been here for over 20 years and through all the changes. I still trust very few places with my money and information and these guys are one of the select few I do trust. Very easy to work with. They treat you like a person not a number here. If there is a issue they are excellent at getting it resolved right away. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. The only complaint I have that doesn't affect the 5 stars are the new drive up boxes. If I'm going to talk to the person in the building anyway why does a screen and a bunch of tech have to be between us. I just go into the st cloud location and look for DeeDee, She is my go to!”
