I don’t know his job title or what he does for SCFCU- I just want to recognize Ben for solving 2 HUGE issues I’ve had this year when no one else could!
He’s so knowledgeable & fast at finding solutions that work for all of us.
It’s also a little concerning he’s the only one who’s been able to solve my issues.. ?
I genuinely think all branches would benefit if Ben helped make a problem/ solution guide.. (for things like debit cards lost in the mail for months, failed ATM withdrawals, etc- having actual steps so any employee can help like Ben does!)
I also want to recognize Dave for having the best attitude- he has severely improved the my opinion of the company via drive thru since he started! I believe he has been the one connecting me to Ben each time too! They always work as a team to help me instead of telling me to “wait it out” or “call someone else”… THAT is customer service!!!”

“I have very awesome interaction with this bank and God knows how often I've had to use their fraud department to take care of fraudulent transactions on my account and got them taken care of the most speedy recovery of my account and receiving funds I thought were lost. And I'm not the best In budgeting my pay check and getting it to work out right but they have the patience and knowledge to get me by. With the mobile app there are a number of tools available to even help me with getting and keeping me within my budget. As well as many other resources to work with in using my finances correct and to start building up savings for unexpected as well as future goals like trips and large purchases in the future. It's a great all around financial institution to be with for all your financial endeavors”

“This bank was easy to set up trust account, but it was complex and the bank had to go through a lot of steps and they had to built a profile and they had to go through a lot of steps so if you do set up a trust account with this bank, please make sure they have all the documents correct and make sure you have all the information correct so when you go to this bank, you have no issues 100% it was not easy to set up the trust but they were really helpful and they got it taken care of Huntington Bank and make sure you have a tax payer ID number or you won’t be able to set up a trust accounts”
