“The man, also named Cassidy, who rang me out was so nice. He explained how the coupons and vouchers work and are different. Explained the rewards program. He was so great! Did my return and purchase.”

“They are ok. Response to emails, phone calls and texts are lack luster (they will eventually respond but they rather be posting on social media instead). Sold me a $1000 plus blade that didn’t come with a COA, failed a spine whack test, some blade play. Now I gotta send it into warranty another $50 or so for shipping etc. Not my favorite experience. Editing this review, they responded and offered a solution that I found acceptable.”

“This place is great! I’ve never had an issue over multiple years of buying custom plaques, name cards, trophies, etc. Their communication and service is always efficient and top-notch. They have proven how great of a company they are. Support this local business! You will not be disappointed in their work”

“I purchased a quilt kit from a small shop in Nebraska a few years ago and have just gotten to putting it together. The only fabric that did not come with the kit was the backing. I looked for several weeks online for the specific fabric that I needed and finally found it at Bound in Stitches. I ordered last week and it was shipped promptly. I was please with the fabric, exactly what I wanted and ordered. Couldn't be happier with my purchase or the speedy response. Thank you BIS!!”
