Michaels is a home away from home for crafters, offering everything to create anything. Its expansive assortments include popular art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral items, Cricut machines, and more. It is also a great place to party plan with balloon inflation, decorations, and gift packaging. The store is described as fun to look around, with a clean environment and a great location. While some find the prices a little more expensive or too high, they also note good sales and great prices at times. The staff receive consistent praise, described as having friendly faces, being really nice, helpful, and providing great service. Shoppers appreciate earning points for future purchases. A noted frustration is that inventory is not ordered by the store but sent by corporate, with a focus on seasonal items. This can mean regular items run out and are not restocked promptly, so the website is recommended for out-of-stock products. Despite this and its smaller size, many consider it a five-star store, a nice place to shop for hobbies and crafts, and highly recommend it.
The man, also named Cassidy, who rang me out was so nice. He explained how the coupons and vouchers work and are different. Explained the rewards program. He was so great! Did my return and purchase.

There was a lovely gal who worked there, and she helped me understand what my Cricut Maker 4 could do! 💛✨
