Raena at Shopko by the mall, is a miracle worker! Walked in ready to throw my glasses against the wall after getting new rx. Had multiple friends offering opinions via text on frames, Raena patiently waited, offered insight, then in the end presented the exact frame that everyone agreed on. Outstanding! Thank you Shopko and especially Raena!

First time patients of Shopko Optical and we couldn't be more pleased! Exceptional service from Dr. Lorenz, Javen & Clarisse. Dr. Lorenz provided a very thorough exam for both myself & my husband. He took the time to answer all our questions & was very pleasant to visit with. Javen helped offer options for new frames & was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Clarisse was very knowledgeable with insurance & frame fit as well as friendly. Exceptional customer service from both.
Overall an excellent experience!

I should have sent this to you months ago, but I wanted to commend REANA for her amazing customer service and attitude.
SHE is who keeps people coming back to Shopko Optical. Well, her and your doctors.
You have many people - especially at the East division store who are so incredibly rude and impatient I will never go back to that office. A few at the crossroads office who shrug their shoulders and blink like they don’t know how to help. Reana was a breath of fresh air and so kind and helpful. Keep this one around and keep her happy! You need her! Thanks so much

Just came out of Shopko Optical on Division St in St Cloud. Haley, the assistant manager was very helpful in adjusting my eyeglass frames even though I purchased them online. I highly recommend this store for your optical needs. 👍

D. Lorenz: review, I went in for eye examination and he graciously did. He also went further to analyze my “double vision” I’ve had since 2023 November. He went further and decided to send to Eye Clinic! I did and as result of their expertise I needed a prism in eye glasses. Now as result of my glasses, I am able to see so much better!! I feel so blessed so very blessed. Thank your! I’m 77…so happy I can see better that I can cry!! Thank you!

I recently went to Shopko for new eye glasses. My salesperson Javen was outstanding in customer service, the sales process, and in helping me pick the right frames. I worked many years in retail and as a corporate buyer for a large department store. I know good customer service from an employee, Javin was wonderful.
