Savers is a global thrift retailer offering gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. With over 300 locations and 22,000 employees, the Savers family of stores operates under several brand names, including Savers, Value Village, Unique, and Village des Valeurs. Their Rethink Reuse business model helps keep millions of pounds of used goods out of landfills each year while also providing revenue to support over 100 nonprofit organizations. Customers generally praise the wide selection and convenience of Savers stores, with one reviewer noting the "great selection" and "super fast and convenient" self-checkout. However, some have expressed frustration with pricing, feeling the stores are moving closer to retail and eBay prices rather than true thrift store discounts. Fitting room availability and ease of use for self-checkout have also been concerns for some shoppers. The reviews highlight both positive and negative experiences with Savers staff, ranging from friendly and helpful to unprofessional and disrespectful. One reviewer described a "very psychotic manager" who yelled at them and kicked them out of the store, an incident they found "embarrassed" and "uncalled for." Overall, Savers seems to provide a mixed shopping experience, with the thrift store's strengths and weaknesses both evident in customer feedback.
Very psychotic manager on that evening. Kicked me out at check out . Yelling " get out of my store now , I don't need your money. Leave now" was embarrassed for her and myself I've never been so disrespected in my life by a Manager. Uncalled for!!! I love savers but now I don't know what to do
