Nobody has gotten back to me about the review left a month ago about this store. If you want to fix things maybe (start) by getting back to unhappy customers.

I called to ask a simple question, trade in value for a phone. And the idiot that picked up took 28 minutes on the call and still couldn't figure out how to do his job.

I’ve never had an issue with the store before today, every year I enjoy the early upgrade feature for iPhones, every year I bring in a scratched and lightly scratched side in front iPhone, and they replaced it without an issue no matter what with the newer model. Today I was helped by a young man named Alexander, who was wonderful and the manager was awesome as well, however, Alexander is a newer employee and asked another employee named Tim for some help and his opinion, Tim proceeded to say that light scratching on the sides of the metal was caused for VERIZON to deny my early upgrade, which is not the case and never has been the case, when I stated that to him, he said and I quote “ Well, then you’re just going to have to risk it for the biscuit, don’t come crying to me when you get charged” I found this interaction to be highly inappropriate and honestly just plain rude” Will be bringing my business elsewhere going forward

Keep in mind that the staff that woek here are NOT verizon employees. They DO NOT understand the procedures within Verizon well and work on commission. They DO NOT care if the service they are marketing works well or not. They employ bad business practices to get you to buy services you do not need. Avoid this place!

My friend had an absolute HORRIBLE experience at this location. A representative named Vincent absolutely SCAMMED HER for over 500 dollars worth of accessories, double screen protectors, lense caps, 3 DIFFERENT CHARGERS and a 40 instillation fee for the screen protectors which is insane when all she went in for was a new iPhone because hers had broke that morning. He had no remorse and empathy for her as she was very hesitant and nervous with what he was saying. Pushing and pressuring her to buy so many unnecessary items is a terrible sales mentality and made me extremely angry for her and others this may have happened to. He needs to learn when a person looks obviously uncomfortable that pushing sales on people doesn't make you a good salesmen just a bad person. We hope he learns and grows as a person.
When we went in to have them fix everything that Vincent did we were greeted with an angel in disguise named Sergio! He was so helpful and kind and apologized for our experience. Sergio deserves a pay raise!!

Verizon has the worst customer service ever. You cannot get a hold of anyone unless you are a Verizon customer which I am I just don’t have cell service with them. The wait time in store & over the phone is ridiculous. I’m currently on the phone with them now hoping to here from a live person as to why my home service isn’t connected if my bill is paid.

Was really hoping for a better experience here. Opened 3 new lines for our triplets birthday, and upgraded a 4th for our oldest son. Timothy was our sales rep and said would waive the 3 activation charges for the 3 new lines. This apparently never happened. I reached out to Verizon and they said I have to take my grievance up with the store. This experience would have been a 5+ star experience if not for this issue. I do not like being mislead, honesty is so important in a business relationship and this store has violated that. I hope someone makes this right so I can change this from a 1 to a 5!
I have changed my rating to 3 starts. I appreciate our agreement being honored, just sad it took this level of escalation to make it happen. Good business is done through agreements, whether verbal
Or written

Wireless carrier sucks over all but today sealed my leaving Verizon. Jorge has horrible customer service skills and spoke to an old man very rudely when the man was upset about his phone not working. Jorge said “Well that’s not my problem, you will have to wait.” This man should not be working in customer service. Rating a 2, only because Gary handled the situation perfectly when he knew customer was upset. Fixed issue, apologized to customer and didn’t make smart a** comment about it not being his issue.

Just average, easier to go to the small Verizon store locations over the corporate store just cause service is more personalized and waiting here sometimes seems like forever.

I’ve been a customer of Verizon for at least 10 years so I’ve had lots of experiences with them. My most recent problem was enough for me to want to write a review. I have a business account and my bill is supposed to be about $200 each month. Last month Verizon pulled out $1100 without any explanation. Last week I spent an entire day in the store working to resolve it. They did admit that the charge was a mistake. I had somehow been signed up for an $860 per month internet plan. (Something I was never aware of and NEVER agreed to) While still in the store working with an in-person rep, we made some phone calls to the business helpline. I was finally told by a phone rep that I would be refunded in three business days. Fast forward to now and I’ve received no refund. I spent the majority of the day today at the store trying to get it resolved and they are saying there is nothing that can be done. In the process of them trying to “fix” the situation my business internet was disconnected so that just adds to my frustration. Overall I would give the Verizon company 0 of 5 stars when it comes to actually resolving issues. I have had several good reps that work there though (like Tim, Mohamed, and Clay).I would give those individuals 5 stars but I think it’s just hard because even though they are good at their jobs, their hands are tied with so much stuff that it’s really hard to accomplish anything or solve any problems. The manager (I don’t know his name) at the St Cloud Division store is not very friendly and lacks all ability to sound even remotely apologetic. (Which is sometimes all a frustrated customer needs in order to calm down) He seems completely indifferent and is very quick to pawn off problems and say there is nothing he can do. I switched from Spectrum to Verizon because the in-person reps at Verizon are better for the most part, however the overall service at either company is terrible. You can’t win. I would LOVE if Verizon would refund the money they stole from my account. I do not want to be credited back to my Verizon bill. I want the money in my bank account so I can pay rent. My bank is working with me to contest the payment since I do have proof that the money was never supposed to be pulled from my account. I will be switching all of my business phone lines and internet service to a different provider if we cannot get this issue resolved very soon. I wish anyone who steps foot in Verizon the best of luck. Make sure you take the whole day off from work because you will be there for several hours no matter how small your problem is.
