They were able to take my simple gold wedding band from 43 years ago and upgrade it into a ring that actually took my breath away. “Great Customer service, I went into the store to browse not expecting to buy anything until I noticed the watch selection. I asked if I could try on a few pieces and Piper, the sales associate assisted me and was so helpful and polite. She wasn’t pushy, or impatient. She showed me multiple watches and even said she could take a few links out to make it fit to my liking. I will definitely be going back to purchase more jewelry. I also met the store manager Chris, who was equally as nice and kind. It’s refreshing to see top tier customer service. Thank you 😊”
