“This Costco is did not have the chicken or the chocolate milk I wanted, which they usually have at other locations. I do not live near a Costco, so I was disappointed to see that neither of the things I wanted were available. Other than that, this Costcos workers were helpful and the store was kept orderly and clean.”
“I have saved so much money on my dog’s prescriptions by getting them here. I wish I would have known I could get them there sooner, so I had to share. Staff is always efficient and helpful while doing it with a smile.”

Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”
“The pharmacist is always so nice and helpful in explaining everything to me, and answer any questions I have. I love getting a text message when my prescription is ready. Sometimes the prescriptions are cheaper with the premium club discount rather than insurance-something to keep in mind/ask about.”

“We appreciate the money back at CostCo!!!The checks are a bit difficult for us , as we tend to forget about it by the time we reach the register. Living two hours away makes it difficult because our opportunities are few and far between. We were not in the know that we could use the check towards renewing our membership and had just done that. So, we were so elated when the " head cashier " offered to return an item and use our check to pay for said item. Phew !! Now we have no worries !! Thank you COSTCO !!Suggestion: think about having the money on an app, like TJMaxx. If you have this already, let the customer know when renewing membership THANK YOU COSTCO”

“Only one complaint: The customers that drive in on the outside lane against the arrow. Sam's Club should install those retractable tire spikes, like they have on the exit of parking garages. Either that or, people caught doing it should receive life in prison! Otherwise, great prices on gas! Worth the wait if there is a line. Save 10¢ - 25¢ a gallon!”
