“What a stand up company! The People they have working for them. I started off working with Stu and getting pre qualified for a construction loan. He introduced me to Sarah Kostialto to do a Heloc loan on my exsisting home as my money down for the construction loan. Well the builder had price increases of over 100,000 so I was not going forward. I ended up working with Sarah on still doing a Heloc and just doing some remodeling and up grades on my house. SARAH is amazing worked around my schedule made things easy and came to my work to close... In a day and time where customer service just seems to be out the door or a thing of the past. Assoiated Bank has two out standing people who give some hope that great customer service and honesty still does exsist... Thank you Sarah, Stu and Assoiated bank!!! “It’s a very small place and hard to find from the outside. You have to go inside L&B but once inside the front door, you’ll see it on the left. The representative that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I probably wouldn’t come here for big tasks such as opening an account for the first time, because there isn’t too many people working at the same time. But it’s a pretty convenient location and everything worked out well in my experience.”
