“We went to this branch about 2 months ago to open up account for my spouse. Within minutes we were greeted by the Branch Mananger, Ronke Oyinloye. She helped us open checking account not only for my spouse but also for me in a very short period of time. She was super nice to us and very knowledgeable, guided us about different products that the bank was offering and explained about everything that we needed to know. We were very lucky to have her on that day.I wanted to give 5 stars review to this branch but because of the bank's policy, I had to deduct a star because of 2 things:1. When opening account, we have to deposit a min balance and for that, the bank couldn't use our debit cards from other banks to deposit the funds. (Only cash was accepted)2. We had to use an atm that was in the branch and the fees were a bit high like $4. (plus the existing bank charged us for some other fees).Apart from this, all the staffs seemed very nice.”

Melony the teller, Sandra and Monica is alway with beautiful smiles and engaged in helping all those in need of help remaining professional in manner especially when dealing people who are having bad days. these are the ones who decides to write bad reviews to make it seem as if these ladies are unfit. The staff members do not deserve to be treated in the way some people treat them because of the location. It takes strength to deal with the people living in that location, for the people that live in that location are rude as they are already.
Sandra, Monica, and Melony and other staff members have a professional behavior and conduct that are examples of true customer service. Splendid job to the whole branch.

“I noticed a couple negative reviews on here that said this bank won't exchange money for rolls of quarters unless you have an account with them, but since those reviews were from five years ago (peak pandemic times), I figured I'd try my luck now. They were able to give me a couple rolls of quarters, no problem, and the tellers were very friendly and helpful. I can't speak for any of the bank's other services, but my experience here was positive.”

“I needed to cash in or reinvest $ I have in an account and I needed a notary. I used to live in this neighborhood and always had good customer service at this location. Because I had other business nearby, I decided to make my 1/2 hour appointment at this branch. I was greeted warmly and the customer service was wonderful. Felicia took care of my business then spent more time (a full hour) educating me with several investment options and offering advice, which was very helpful. I took her advice on the spot on some things and am contemplating the remaining suggestions.
