I usually avoid using this place if I can but it’s the closest option sometimes. Everything is filthy and sticky from duct tape that’s been used to tape up the pumps, they are in pretty bad disrepair. Ive never had a good interaction with anyone here, customers and staff alike. So incredibly hard to park as the lot isn’t only narrow and barely fits any cars but the street signs aren’t marked very well by the city. (Not bps fault) but I feel it’s an accident waiting to happen. They need a revamp. Badly.

Everything here is overpriced The bathroom is out of order and the staff sucks at their job I would go to literally any other gas station in the area and I know that there are several of them so please just avoid this place at all costs

Credit card processing was broken one evening. That is a new level of dumb and annoying for a gas station.

I love the convenience of location, the service shop has saved me a time or two, and the staff are always straightforward and helpful. I’ve only encountered a down card reader once (per another reviewer). I’m her for gas, a lottery ticket every now again and maybe a soda. They deliver.

They charge $2 for air. Machine requires eight quarters. Compressor runs for 5 minutes and shuts off. The nearly flat tire I had took all five minutes to inflate with their puny compressor. If you go to Kwik Trip the air is free.

These guys deserve a shout-out for the convenience of the location. I'm not a fan of having to cross over the highway and go to the other gas station. There is always a pump open, and you can move right along South Frontage Road back to the West End proper. I've only bought from the store once, it is a very standard one person operated retail front.

The store hours say open until 10pm. Employee closes at 9:30. Totally unacceptable customer service. I spend probably $100/week at this store and I'm upset at the poor customer service. Will talk to this employee or the owner live and will no longer be filling my truck with gas here.

The restroom was the filthiest I've seen since the days of old-fashioned roadside gas stations. The sink was gross; nothing about this bathroom was obviously cleaned.

Awful place and there is really just no reason at all to give them our business. There is a great Holiday just down the road.
