“I used a gift card yesterday Friday August 8th and the cashier was so nice to help me get just the amount on it that I had, even returning an item that was more expensive than I knew and finding one that would get me just around my $50 gift card. So, I got some Reef flip flops and a sunscreen stick and left happy!”

“Noticed a defect in a new Skol hat I bought from Sota at the state fair when I got home. Went to this St. Louis Park store the next day to see if they would exchange it. They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”
