“I had a HUGE return and needed to get quite a few items re-ordered in different sizes. I intentionally waited until closer to close in hopes of avoiding high traffic times, but they still had a long line. Noah called me to her register at 8:55. I felt terrible! Even though what I was hoping to get done would clearly take more than 5 minutes, Noah was patient, kind, capable, joyful, and willing - even after they had closed - to make sure I got what I wanted. It’s not often you see people go above and beyond to do their job with excellence. Keep it up, Noah! ?? I am SO grateful for you!”
“I used a gift card yesterday Friday August 8th and the cashier was so nice to help me get just the amount on it that I had, even returning an item that was more expensive than I knew and finding one that would get me just around my $50 gift card. So, I got some Reef flip flops and a sunscreen stick and left happy!”
“Great experience here. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking lot is the worst. It's best you park away from the establishment so you don't have to spend 30 mins doing the waltz with other cars. Location is quite big, spacious in every dedicated area. There's variety of product here. I'll be back to see what else they have.”

“Noticed a defect in a new Skol hat I bought from Sota at the state fair when I got home. Went to this St. Louis Park store the next day to see if they would exchange it. They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”
