“I must admit. Coming from Texas Edina MN is not a very friendly place. Not many people smile or greet each other which made me feel very uncomfortable. However walking into ARCpoint made me feel at home. The wonderful staff laughed with me, smiled so bright and really just helped me feel welcomed. “Best blood draw I've had in my life. I usually loathe getting my blood drawn because I'm a hard stick. I regrettably forgot the name of the lady whe helped me today but she's got to be the best in the state, if not the nation. The whole process took 5 minutes, if that, she was so nice to chat with I barely even noticed the draw happening. She got it immediately without having to dig around and I'm sooo grateful. Definitely the best place to visit if you need a blood draw!”

“So far this place is very nice.the staff was amazing and although the wait was extensive, the people made the switch to a new provider very smooth. The only downside is the bare bones waiting room with very uncomfortable chairs and the walk to the bathroom takes you to an abandoned part of the building that I believe is under construction.The receptionist is warm and kind and friendly. The support medical staff is very professional and the PA that assisted me was very thorough and attentive in every way. I felt like I mattered there and my pain was addressed appropriately. This was my first appointment (from start to finish 2 hours and 30 min)”
“I needed a food product tested for water activity to sell under Minnesota cottage law. Alison responded thoughtfully and promptly to my inquiry about how to collect and deliver a sample. I dropped samples off, amd the front staff was kind about checking over my paperwork and letting me know when I could expect results. When my first sample did not pass, they had good suggestions on modifications to make. Overall the process was easy and the tests reasonably priced, and I wish I had started getting my experimental bakes tested earlier. I will be back with carrot cake in the spring. :)”

“I've had allergies for over 30 years which developed in my 30s. My new dentist had me take a test before a deep cleaning. It recomended an 8 day treatment of 2 antibiotics, Augmenten being one of them. It cleared up all my allergies including certain foods, pollen, dust mites and mold. Considering that the pathogens also have the ability to cause heart disease, Alzheimers, and cancer its a no brainer. Thanks.”
“I’ve delivered here on several occasions. Have always gotten unloaded in a reasonable time. They seem to have implemented an appointment system for deliveries. As long as the warehouse floor is cleared and has space they will unload you early. Staff communicates well and are not rude. Restroom in the driver check-in area. Not sure about overnight parking.”

“I have been coming to this clinic since 2014. HCMC has been a good hospital to me. My doctor is Ayham Moty MD he has been very thorough all these years. People come here because they have excellent doctors. Immigrants come here and they are treated nicely. Parking is always available. The place is always clean and the pharmacy always super busy. They ship it to you if you need to.”
“So fast and efficient!! I had to walk-in for some routine blood testing/lab work for my employer and was initially worried about the wait, but I maybe sat for 2 minutes and they called me in! (I walked in around 11/11:30am. I wanted to book an appointment originally, but they were booked for appointments about 6 weeks in advance for both locations.) I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend!”
“The pharmacy staff are super respectable and take pride in serving their customers kindly and with compassion. The photo department experience I had was on point. I ordered photos online to be developed and later picked up, I got great prices on the prints and was all done in a very timely fashion. The cashier's that work up front are very hard workers and have always maintained their composure while working under pressure and high customer demand all while wearing a ?”

“Check in was easy, confirm by link sent through sms when you arrive or use their kiosk that’s there. I only waited for a few minutes, young lady taking my blood was very pleasant. Based on my experience, the only “issue” was that the waiting area is the size of my bedroom and it’s likely you’ll have to sit in between a few strangers on arrival.”
