His customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I truly appreciated that I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn't need for my vehicle. Ty went above and beyond to make sure my car was running exactly as it should, demonstrating both efficiency and genuine care. A major highlight was that Mazda covered a part that wasn't meeting their efficiency standards under a warranty program, and the entire process has been completely hassle-free.
Communication was also outstanding. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and whenever I had questions, he answered them clearly without ever making me feel unintelligent or rushed. Ty is extremely personable and efficient, and I highly recommend asking for him for any service needs”
“Found my 2013Audi S4 on their website. Talked to Tom...he set me up with sales rep Eric. Eric is a complete professional! He sent me multiple videos and pictures of car. Eric answered all my questions promptly and honestly. Drove 5 hours to look at car...worth the drive for sure! Purchase was smooth after comfortable negotiations! “I recently bought my Audi from this dealership and overall had a really good experience. The staff there were helpful, friendly, and easy to work with, and I’m really happy with my car. The only thing that could’ve been better was the call communication when I needed to bring it in for some repair (being promised a call back but never got one especially when it was urgent scheduling the fix considering I lived 3 hours away). But everything ended up getting taken care of and worked out fine in the end. I’d still recommend them, especially for anyone looking for a smooth buying process and a solid car. Overall satisfied.”

“Anh Le was super helpful when I recently visited to purchase a car. The car I was looking to buy had some minor issues with the lights and instead of using shady sales tactics, he said he would fix the issues before I pick the car up. He even bought the parts while I was still there during the sale. This place runs on honesty and it shows! They provided the Carfax and were very honest with the repairs necessary for the car and even gave me information about what to expect for possible future repairs, which I appreciated because I am not knowledgeable with cars.

Jerry Jr. Towed me to the lot & Jerry Sr. Arranged to fix my car sold me a nice $4,000.00 car to use while mine got fixed(Only took 2 days but I needed a car)almost 3 years later I'm still driving or my son is driving the car I bought from Jerry.
