“I’ve had both good and bad experiences with different banfield hospitals. I’ve been to this one at least three times now and have had a positive experience each time. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, accommodating, and have taken excellent care of Mowgli and Baloo.
As someone who struggles making appointment far in advance, it’s been very helpful to have a veterinarian service that can accommodate short-notice care.
10/10 recommend!”
“We love Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital! The space is new, bright and clean; the staff is unfailingly friendly and professional; and we and our dog all adore Dr. Hanson. We are always treated promptly, and the techs and Dr Hanson work quickly and thoroughly, all the while doting lovingly on our dog, who literally runs from the car into their building every time we arrive. She loves going to the vet—what more could you ask for?? They are patient with me while I ask all of my first-time-pet-parent questions, and we never feel rushed. A new vet is opening up blocks from our house, but we’ll never leave Dr. Hanson and Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital!”
“Staff at Ark Pet Hospital are the best! We’ve had puppy exams/shots for a liter, follow-ups and urgent appointments with out Great Danes, even THE BEST care for a few of our Chinese dwarf & Russian White hamsters when needed.
I highly recommend you bring your animals here for excellent Vet Care & TLC. We dropped Banfield and switched all of our animals to Ark Pet Hospital.”
“Dr. Daney and Dr. Groth have been wonderful veterinarians to my pup, Endor. The entire staff at Vet Partners - Edina is kind, caring, and supportive. They are always happy to answer questions or squeeze me into their schedule if I have a concern with my puppy.
I love the preventative care plans they offer, it makes vet care a lot more affordable. I am not ever worried about my pup’s health because I know he’s in such great hands at Vet Partners - Edina.”

“We came to this vet after our other vet clinic moved. We are over the moon on this clinic and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable! They are able to share information in a way that it doesn’t become too over whelming as well as not pressure you in to any type of care that isn’t absolutely necessary. The clinic has apps and texting ability that keeps communication open and convenient and they are very sweet to our dogs that have come in. I love it here!”

“I took my cat to All Paws this past Tuesday for the first time for an occasional cough and sneezing. I saw Dr. Amanda Mickelson. The first thing she did was sit down and talk with us about our cats’ records relating to any health issues. She really took the time to explain several things about our cats health and it was so enlightening! She took great care to minimize any stress on our cat when examining her. I left with a great sense of confidence and was very impressed with the staff there as well. Probably one of the best vet experiences I’ve had since owning a cat.”

“This was our second time at this clinic. The clinic is clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We were greeted promptly and roomed right away. The tech (Colleen) was thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Torino made sure we knew what he was doing and what he was looking for. Lab results and our cat's diagnosis came the next morning along with recommended care and treatment options. We received the actual lab report via email - something our last vet didn't do. We've been kept well informed every step of the way. We're very happy here! The cat--not so happy but she's not driving or paying the bills.”

“Rockford Road vet is the only place I recommend for vet care. They’ve seen all of my animals from our guinea pigs to our dogs and always help accommodate to make sure our dogs have a great experience (as well as the guinea pigs). The staff is kind and knowledgeable and makes for a stress free experience everytime!”

They have done a great job on everything from routine teeth cleaning and vaccinations to helping us with our aging pup with mobility issues. “I've taken my cat here for three annual exams/vaccines, and once for an emergency lab. Every time I've been there, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices feel fair to me (the annual exam for one cat including a 1 year rabies shot is ~$130 bucks, though your price may be different, I don't know how that stuff works). The vets and techs are really great. Side note, if you have a cat that gets stressed out at the vet, ask your provider if you can pick up a gabapentin for them the day before the appointment; that helped my cat feel calm and comfortable, and I didn't know that was an option until I talked to the vet at Vet Partners :)”
