They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”

I had previously been to multiple other vendors in the Twin Cities and the sales experience and especially the dress selections were really below average which made me anxious about ever finding anything I might like within my budget.Cue Anthropologie.I loved every single dress on the Anthropologie wedding website because the catalog looked timeless, chic, and elegant and this prompted me to book an appointment with a local store (which I was able to secure the same week). The dresses were a bit above my original budget, but what I saw online was so promising that I was willing to go above what I had in mind. Best. Decision. Ever.I nearly wept publicly from relief when I tried on the first dress in the store. The fabric, fit, and design of their inventory is UNMATCHED in comparison to any "traditional" bridal shops in the Twin Cities. The store associates were incredibly helpful, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about styles. They were able to assess my preferences and pulled dresses beyond what I had originally wanted to try, and I loved every single one.Truly so beyond happy with the experience (I found THE dress!!) and will refer my friends to this location for anything wedding-related. 10/10 experience!! I hope this team gets the shoutout they deserve for their incredible work! Thank you so so much!”

“I have been to this Kohls what seems to be a thousand times, mostly for Amazon returns, and despite the fact that I've returned every odd thing imaginable, the employees are professional and courteous and always get me in and out of there quickly - and don't even roll their eyes when they see me coming, lol. I do also purchase things there from time to time. I would say the store is generally adequately stocked, sometimes its a bit hard to find a size, but if you can't find a size you're looking for in the store, you can order it online and it will ship to your home for free. I'm pretty sure that goes for anything you order from inside the store. Also nice to know is that when you return an Amazon item you get a 20% off coupon to use for up to a week on in store purchases, which is kinda nice if you have last minute wander lust like me!”

“I had a HUGE return and needed to get quite a few items re-ordered in different sizes. I intentionally waited until closer to close in hopes of avoiding high traffic times, but they still had a long line. Noah called me to her register at 8:55. I felt terrible! Even though what I was hoping to get done would clearly take more than 5 minutes, Noah was patient, kind, capable, joyful, and willing - even after they had closed - to make sure I got what I wanted. “Great experience here. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking lot is the worst. It's best you park away from the establishment so you don't have to spend 30 mins doing the waltz with other cars. Location is quite big, spacious in every dedicated area. There's variety of product here. I'll be back to see what else they have.”
