“Two days ago, I had been traveling across country for two days (MD to MN) when my alternator started acting up. When I went to Precision, they squeezed me in, despite being booked solid. One of their customers graciously gave me his spot so I could get back on the road and pick up my daughter in ND that same night. Precision had me back on the road in just under two hours. God’s impeccable choreography is amazing! I thank God and Precision Auto Repair for helping me quickly in my emergency!!! As I write this two days after Precision replaced my alternator, the van is running great, and my daughter and I are within just a few hours of our destination in CA. We worked directly with Tobias and Landon on viewing car options, trim levels and pricing/financing/trade-in. They were both super helpful in showing us our options based on what we wanted in our vehicle, as well as answering any questions we had. They did this all while being friendly, personable, knowledgeable and not pushy.

“I can not begin to give enough kudos and thanks to these guys! As I'm right in front of their shop, my ignition coil goes bad and I'm getting a #1 misfire, it's Friday at 1pm, and I'm 40 miles from home. Tried the dealership right there but they (of course) had no availability and not willing to check. Stop in with these guys and were honest in saying they were busy/full but still managed to squeeze me in to check the code, confirm the issue, and FIXED IT by 4pm. And the price....less than other places even though it was an emergency and they were busy. They could have easily charged double given the circumstances but they didn't. They were honest, fair, and everything you'd want in a repair shop. Give these guys a shot and bring your vehicle next time you need service.”

Came in just to get a oil change and new tires put on and found out a ball joint was for the lack of a better term toast amd needed to be replaced. The sales rep was able to get the parts in right away and at a low cost and my vehicle was repaired and service done before the anticipated completion time.”
