“This was the first time boarding our 7 year old westie with anyone besides immediate family. Our westie is on medication once daily & just before we were to leave, he had another medication that he had to have twice daily. Trudy went above & beyond for our guy, making sure he got all his meds everyday, treated him like family, and keeping us updated with texts, pictures & videos! It was such a relief to know he was happy & busy while we were gone! Thank you Trudy!!”
“Chuck and Don's carries our specific brand of dog food. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The groomers are cheerful and do a great job with the care and maintenance of our dogs. Our terrier has a complex coat and they did such a nice job trimming her, especially around her face, which is difficult. Highly recommend this location.”
“I’ve purchased the embroidered dog collars for all of my dogs. They’re made to last and I love that I can have their names and my phone number easily viewable on them in case they get out and get lost. I highly recommend them!”
“All of their reviews are filtered, I tried to post a 1 star review for their JRK crab grass fertilizer and it was never posted but all the 5 star reviews are posted. I went in there on a recomendation from a neighbor to get some spring fertilizer and I asked them for the best grab grass killer/preventer. They led me to the JRK (their own brand) which was more expensive than the others, and I applied it per directions and it nearly doubled my crabgrass. Didnt kill one bit of it.Updated to 4 star because they got me what I needed to fix this issue”

“I brought a hedgehog and habitat from Otsego Hedgehogs last year and my little friend is thriving! They offer boarding for $5 per day and sell food that keeps him happy and healthy. Highly recommend if you're looking at adding a cute Hedgie to your family!”
“We had incredible service today.... 12/17/23 we drove from St.Cloud stopping in Monticello both had 125 gallon aquariums that were damaged. The individual cashier-525278 (if that recognizes her) was simply amazing .... so positive and helpful!”
“We live over 30 mins away and this is the only pet store for a while. The staff is always very helpful - they're clearly animal lovers themselves. The cages for various animals seem well kept. The only thing is seems like frequently on weekends they have adoption events which is great but the dogs make the whole store putrid smelling and very loud. So I'd select another werkend if your senssitive to intense smells and sounds. Otherwise store is great.”
