I been a regular for some time. Just need point out something. There is a couple of workers there and one being a pharmacist have the worst mood. Everytime I ever have them and in general they act like they hate their job even their life. They never smile, act so rude, just don't talk. Make one feel so uncomfortable when we are just getting our medication. A life lesson that's common sense if you hate your job that much maybe go find another job where you can seem decent because it's so unnecessary to take it out on customers because your so miserable to even want to be there. Seriously it's sickening and no one should feel like an issue or that we have to tiptoe around you because that's how miserable you are that you take it out on customers. So over this rude society especially even at the pharmacy?

Some items are not available, like blood pressure cuff (manual/digital). Good customer service. It has Starbucks inside.

This pharmacy is a total joke, employees are completely incompetent. Had 4 orders in a row screwed up. Been given wrong med, been given expired med, delays with deliveries, and even after confirming the med is in stock finding out it is in fact not!

There is a staff member working at the pharmacy who I always have extremely poor experiences with. She never wears a nametag that I can see, but she is older (50's, 60's maybe?) with graying blondish hair and glasses. Her attitude is one of the worst I've experienced in customer service. As someone who has worked almost exclusively customer service positions throughout my life, I understand the frustrations that can come with dealing with the public, however this woman clearly hates every single person and is additionally horrible at her job. She will insist that you don't have prescriptions ready when you do, and it takes persistence to get her to realize that she was wrong and that the prescription exists in the system in the first place. Despite customers remaining polite consistently, she is rude, rolls her eyes, and becomes exasperated at every single thing customers say. I somehow am always unfortunate enough to have her as my cashier when I go to pick up prescriptions, and just about every single time she gets something wrong and I am greeted with hostility. I know several other people who use this pharmacy who have noted similar experiences with her and she appears to greet every customer with pure contempt. I'm honestly surprised she has continued to hold her position.

I checked your ad, made a list, and went to the HyVee store this morning. Prices in the ad did not match prices on the shelf, register did not ring up correct price, and gas points were not added. I went to customer service where some of the errors were corrected but there were more items charged incorrectly than were charged correctly. The difference in gas points before the corrections and after my trip to customer service was about $.70. Grocery shopping should not be this difficult.

I went to the pharmacy to get my Covid booster shot. They were a bit on the slow side considering that I needed an appointment. They were professional and efficient in administering the shot. Their waiting area is not the most convenient if you are trying to be out of the way of the pharmacy counter. I would go back for future vaccines.

Tonight I was in the drive through and Jane was working the window. Don’t get me wrong she is nice, but seems to be lost at what she is supposed to be doing. I was third in line and I was there for 25 minutes. By the time I was at the window she got the meds for me and kept looking at the bottles and at the instructions, then had me sign the slip. When I put it back in the box she was gone. I sat there at the window for 13 minutes before I got the meds. I would suggest you take her out of the window and put her at the counter.

This place is AMAZING the customer service there has been wonderful and i would recommend this store to everyone. This location is tidy, and organized. This location also is also well stocked when I'm there, the employees are also hard workers i have noticed. My rating 10/10!

Hy-Vee has been open a year so let's see how they're doing... The store is small and that's something that can't be fixed. This means that you may not always find what you're looking for; HOWEVER, I can state that I've gone to the store on numerous occasions with the intent of purchasing my favorite ice cream only to find that there is an empy space consistently which means that it's not getting ordered and / or stocked properly. The other issue is that the store consistently starts closing procedures (ie. pulling the produce shades down) well before the actual closing time. For instance I arrived at 10:30 pm one night (store closes at 11 pm ) and the produce shades had been yanked and the clerk on duty was stalking me as I was standing by an "unshaded" cooler and the clerk was about 8-10 feet away staring at me. I thought he might be watching me for some weird reason but he simply wanted to pull the shade down on the cooler I was accessing. Here is my BIG complaint - they don't keep a full service lane open until the end of business day. This happens consistently - in other words, this is not an exception. Hy-Vee should have a full service lane available all day every day. I spoke to one of the employees who concurred that the corporate office made a HUGE mistake when building the store by including ONLY 2 full-service lanes. They obviously weren't familiar with the clientele. Many of the people in our area are more comfortable with a full service check out. This staff could learn a lot from the HY VEE Hilltop staff in Mankato in terms of friendliness and customer service. Let's hope they get their act together and act like a member of the Hy-Vee family!~

My husband and I stopped on our way through St. Peter to get steaks to grill, they had a ribeye special. The meat that we saw in the case was not the ribeye that he gave us. So tough, so thin and no flavor and really not sure what type of meat it was. It was not ribeye. He got it from the back behind the counter. So disappointed and false advertising.! Not stopping there again for meat.

I enjoy the convenience of this store. I signed up for membership and get free grocery delivery or pickup. The app is super easy to use. If they are out of something the shopper will text and let you know so you can choose something else. I absolutely love it.

The store is laid out so nice , but the employees are in the food market are awful... Also so is the food . Not ever fresh and takes an hour to get and they they tell you they don't have two of the items you ordered... I would rather drive to mankato and buy all my food there then St Peter..
