“I have only one complaint. To use your web site to schedule an appointment for service is useless. I just go in circles and cannot schedule an appointment. The only way to schedule a service appointment is to call Pete.I would like to report back on this review that Pete called me the very next morning to see what he could do to remedy the problem I was having. It is very possible that I am at fault by being on the wrong website. I will bring in my computer at my service appointment to figure out what I did wrong.House Chevrolet has been my only service provider since buying my vehicle from them in 2016. They have always gone out of their way, especially Pete Schreiber their service manager, to provide the very best in customer relations and service. His fast response and eagerness to solve my problems only exemplifies their commitment to the finest principles of customer relations and service. With that in mind I would give them a 6 star rating if it were possible.”

“i am not sure who helped me today but he was very helpful. i had a headlight out and he helped me change it but then also checked my air filter, my oil and washer fluid with no extra charge and had a great attitude while doing it. just was so helpful”
