Would you rather pay dealership prices and probably get someone who is not very experienced, or go to a small shop, pay a fraction of the price, ran by someone who is an expert with decades of experience? The owner/operator charges fair prices for his expertise and you're going to be paying a lot more for less elsewhere.”

“Absolutely wonderful service, Mark is an expert at what he does and is a joy to work with. Explained every step of the replacement process, filed a claim withinsurance and everything. I called mid day on a Thursday, had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 9am and had my Rav4 back by noon the same day. Everything is good as new, and I will be going back to ProStall whenever I had any autoglass needs! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

“I came here to have a plastic cover on the bottom of my car fixed because it was dragging on the road, making all sorts of racket. I was fine to pay $50 for it just so it'd be done. I also expected to wait about 20 to 30min for my turn in line. We'll they only took about 7 min, and charged me nothing. Super kind people, and they dont rip you off. Nothing but respect?”

I had a 2014 pickup towed into another shop because it wouldn't stay running. I was told catastrophic engine failure, only option was a new reman engine, $12,000!
I had it towed to Heartland and Nick took a 2nd look. Still had all the same symptoms but Nick dug a bit deeper and found a broken valve spring. Spring was replaced and the truck runs perfectly again, less than $400 and out the door! Thank you Nick and Heartland for digging a bit deeper!”
“I was just passing through Rochester when I started hearing some noise coming from one of my rear wheels. Luckily, I was recommended to Anwar at Rochester Auto Service, and I’m very glad I found him.
Anwar quickly diagnosed the issue and confirmed that I had a bad rear wheel bearing. While inspecting the vehicle, he also found that my brakes were significantly worn, with the rotors showing a lot of rust and pitting. He gave me a couple options and took the time to show me images of the brakes and their condition, which helped me understand exactly what he was seeing and why he recommended the service. I really appreciated that he put safety first rather than just doing the minimum repair.
The work was done quickly and professionally, which was especially important since I was only passing through town. Everything has been working great since the repair.
He also went above and beyond in ways I really appreciated, taking care of a couple additional things for me while I was there.
What really impressed me was the follow up. Anwar called afterward to make sure everything was going well with the new brakes and reminded me to have the lug nuts checked for proper torque after driving about 100 miles. That kind of follow up and attention to detail is something you don’t always get from an auto shop.
I highly recommend Rochester Auto Service and Anwar. He was knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right and making sure I was safe on the road. Great experience overall!”

“Really honest shop. I've heard great things about them, so I went in to get a quote for fixing several scuffs and chips in my paint. I got the quote plus some advice. They recommended not paying the full price to get the proper fix and told me how to fix it myself for way cheaper, as my car isn't worth the cost. The guy even came out in the rain to take a look at it.”
