“I stopped in today about a generator issue and was blown away by the service provided. This company truly stands behind their products and will go above and beyond to back up their warranties. I went in expecting to be asked for all sorts of proof and documentation, but there was zero hassle. They just pulled up my original transaction without asking me to go through my own records and it just got easier from there. The cashier, Aaron, was very friendly, helpful, and provided top notch customer service with great communication. Harbor Freight has my business for life.”

The price online was cheaper so I showed the employee at the register, he informed me that it was an online deal only. he set it aside and several minutes later once the order went through I was able to acquire the tool with the cheaper price! great store! I highly recommend!”

“The staff and inventory is the best. Anything you can need they likely have. Great prices too. Remember you see B&J hardware on kids T-ball shirts not big box names. Shop local and go see Steve”

“Bella and Adrian were extremely helpful at the self checkout. I had previously purchased lighting arrangements that were discounted by my military discount. This time for whatever reason it wasn’t working. Bella attempted to help me but was unable to determine what the issue was. Adrian overheard the problem and came over from his register to help. He explained while signing into the machine that sometimes products can’t be discounted but he doubted that was the case. For whatever reason the discount didn’t apply properly so he restarted the transaction and manually put in the discount which worked. Both spoke clearly and concisely and made everything make sense. Just two days prior to this I had Adrian help me by clearly explaining the difference between two Milwaukee tool bundle options. If I ever need help checking out again I’ll be sure to go to those two first.”
