My birth date should be confidential information. I do not want the teller to randomly wish me a happy birthday or ask me what I did for my birthday. Seems inappropriate considering my birth date is personal confidential information and I do not know this person whatsoever.

Genuinely confused as to why this has such bad reviews, I've never had any issues here, always good service and worst I've dealt with is backend issues with their system which happens and maybe a line on Mondays, all reasonable things that aren't a big deal.
