“I recently switched banks for my business because I was changing my accounting method and needed a bank with a better structure to support a multi-account method. While there was definitely some set-up involve I want to celebrate the amazing service I had during the process. My online accounting system integration was down, and they actively pursued closing the gap --- even though it wasn't theirs to close --- followed up with me consistently and kept things moving so I was able to get it set-up correctly in my system. Also, the ACH transfers are lightning quick and moving money around is easy once you get past the set-up. The online system set-up is more complicated if you're used to a larger bank where everything is automated but I am really appreciating the stellar service that is setting Lake Elmo bank apart for me and it's well worth the trade off. We also set-up an account for my daughter there and they have been excellent at working with her to navigate set-up - which is a great opportunity for my tween to navigate these types of things and learn from them. It's a good switch and I'm glad I made it!”

“The service is always passively friendly at this location and I've never had an issue, but today the lady who came and talked to me at the counter was beyond amazing. She went out of her way to make conversations with me even though she wasn't the one helping me, she made eye contact and asked genuine questions about my day. It was so nice to leave there feeling a little lighter. Absolutely superb customer service. She had a red striped dress. I didn't catch her name but I hope her skill set with people is recognized!”
