I found the whole experience to be easy and stress free. I went there and it was buy one pair get pair free. The cost of one pair would of bought 2 pairs at many other places. So no real savings I felt disappointed in price.

Super negative experience. Multiple mistakes made during and after my visit with very little concern for my frustrations or attempts to rectify the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's all in how it's handled. Do not recommmend.

Had a amazing experience Emma the tech was very nice to me and my daughter. Help me figure everything out. Took the time to give me an eye exam which btw I love all of there tech!! And the time to pick a pair of glasses out great company!!

Very friendly. Been going here since I was in my teens and it was called by a different name.Same issues every time. No fault of the employee. Never has been. I just know it's around 2 hours regardless of why I am going. It's worth the time. Just know it takes longer then it seems it should. I think their programs are not user friendly in my opinion. It's not the employees.

Buy one get one free? Umm, My insurance paid for the first pair. Somehow that free pair cost me $235.00.

I've had a couple times where one of the nose pieces fell off a pair of glasses and I went to Visionworks Stillwater. Each time, the customer care was phenomenal. This last time, Krysti put on a new nose piece at no charge and gave service with a smile.

Only giving 4 and not 5 stars due to the doctor not doing much for me. Although, Emma and the other staff working this Thursday were amazing and very welcoming! Emma seemed to be very knowledgeable in the machines used. The other staff (I did not get their names) helped me decide on a pair of frames that would suit my face which was SO helpful as I had no idea where to start.Thank you:)

The doctor did very little. The assistants at the store and online were the main people who tested my eyes. I would love an option for magnetized sunglasses to attach to the front of frames for several styles of frames. I would also love lower prices since I don't have eyeglass insurance. Service was efficient at the Stillwater, MN location.

Upon getting my eye exam they said my order would be ready in 1-2 weeks. I ordered my glasses over a month ago. I paid for my glasses at the store and said thanks and they said they would call me with updates in 2-3 days. Never got a call. I've called in around 5 times and they've been pushing back my glasses ETA every time I ask for an update. Last time I called was July 19th at 2:03pm. I spoke with Sophia. She said she would call me back in an hour and I even asked if she could promise me that she would call me back in a joking/nice but serious because I had explained I've called in a handful of times and none of my other calls were returned. After 3 days I've heard nothing again. Really regret going to this location. Really bad customer service here. Nothing personal but it was just really slow service. The software was new and no one really seemed like they knew what they were doing. My appointment took 1.5 hours for a routine checkup. I was patient about the whole ordeal. When I was there it seemed like they weren't really sure what they were doing. With the timeline being stretched out so long from my initial ETA for my glasses and the lack of communication I would avoid this place and just go to a different company depending on insurance and what not. Going to call in tomorrow and TRY to get an update but after this experience I'm afraid the quality of the glasses I get will be tarnished. Really sucks when you can't trust professionals with simple rudimentary tasks such as follow up calls/communication in general. Will follow up tomorrow and update this post if need be. EDIT: I was able to transfer my order to another location and things are running smoothly now.
