I was a bit bummed as they called about a week before my pickup date and told me the 21' boat we rented wasn't running and they do not expect to have it running, so they offered an alternative that held fewer people (7 max); we had 8 in our party, so, while I still took the rental at a cheaper rate, I was unable to fit my entire party on it. though, I do appreciate that the gave me the heads up in advance. people were nice to work with, got me in and out quickly and I feel the pickup and drop off times are very reasonable to let you maximize what you're paying for.”
