A previous snafu with a title and refi on a different vehicle made me hesitant to go back to Genisys but this recent refi and working with Jynah changed my mind. I will do business with Genisys from now on! I would recommend this branch of Genisys for sure!”
“Expedition Credit Union is an absolute joke. you have no access to your money. Unlike what they tell you, the daily limit is a 100, weekly is 200 and monthly is 400$. Do not bank with them! To add to the insult their website is slow, confusing and very restrictive.”

“I have thought about opening a CD here because their rates are generally better than other banks so I finely did. Opening CDs led to opening a checking account and that experience has been better than the two other banks I was using. Any time I have had an issue, the branch is more than willing to help fix the issue. I highly recommend going to a branch over the call center.
This specific branch has been great and working with Oksana and Eric Brine have been a pleasure. I like their app much better than chase and the other bank I left. There is even a pin for quick access to the app that makes it a breeze to check your balance. Now I am trying to recruit friends for their $50 promo.”

“We recently handled some business with Nick at the Maplewood branch and he was absolutley wonderful to work with. We also opened another account and had a few glitches with our new cards, and Sheila worked so hard to figure out what was going on and after several attempts of activating she finally just had new cards issued. She was so sweet and even called back a few weeks later just to check in and make sure everything was working as it should be. We even received a thank you now in the mail after that signed by Sheila and Nick, with a special gift inside.

Yes LEXI is leaving me but the bright side of today was I seen Scarlett. The bright smile was such a pleasure. It’s always a pleasure to see Scarlett. I also wish LEXI nothing but the BEST in her new position and I know her new coworkers will be glad to have on board. I met Stacy today and she is a new member of my FAVORITE TEAM and it was a pleasure meeting her as well and of course Scarlett made sure of that lol. “I don’t particularly care for Blaze Credit Union. This review is based on my interaction with a teller named Scarlette at this location. I had woken up to a slew of text alerts of fraudulent activity, all from the same website, and after a handful of purchases, Blaze finally recognized that it might be fraudulent activity to have purchased thousands of dollars of items from this single website. I was stressed and annoyed at having to chase down people to correct this but when I arrived, as soon as I spoke with Scarlette, I felt better. Having over $10.000 in fraudulent charges, a large negative balance and drained savings account to cover the negative balance is not a great feeling and after working with Scarlette, I left feeling at ease. People like Scarlette is what keeps me at Blaze.”
