“If there is one thing I don't have time for, it is a sales pitch. When I switched to State Farm, Ed stayed on the line with me and USAA. USAA continuously tried to sell me on some other form of insurance, and Ed quickly took charge of the situation and made the process extremely easy.”

“I was connected with Stevan Hoff when I put in a quote with State Farm. And honestly I was a little nervous at first with switching my insurance. But Stevan explained everything in great detail for me and made me feel so comfortable I felt like I was speaking to a friend. His customer service is out of this world. Seriously the best rep I have ever spoken to out of any company. State Farm made the right choice with adding him on to the team. Not only did Stevan give me an amazing quote that has saved me so much money but I’m also getting more while paying less. Stevan answered every question and has the patience of a saint and was so kind to me even when I wanted to change things a couple times. Stevan I can not thank you enough for being so awesome! We need more people like you In the world! State Farm you now have a life long customer!”
