My husband and I frequent this Post Office since it's in walking distance and we have never had a bad experience. All staff members have been very kind and helpful, but we have to give a special shoutout to our guy Bruce! He is the most friendly and charming customer service person we've ever met. I always leave feeling like things are going to be okay, and reminded of the good in this world. And all I came for was a stamp.”
“I come here about twice a week. This post office has a package drop box that you can use after hours. I’ve never seen that at any other post office but it’s really convenient.”
“Stopping in at this location was one of the smoothest post office experiences I have ever had. I went to this location to complete a change of address form after a recent move. It was slow when I visited, and there was no wait to approach the counter. The staff member was friendly and helpful in answering my questions, and I was able to leave without a doubt that I had completed my goal successfully. The parking was easy and well marked, and the interior of the office clean and tidy.”
“IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH ST PAUL BOXES YOU PUT YOUR MAIL IN. ALL OUTGOING MAIL GOES TO THE PLANT IN EAGAN TO BE SORTED. ALSO, CARRIERS HAVE TO PICK UP THE BOXES DAILY. THEY WONT GO HOME UNTILL THEY DO. Maybe get an idea on the process before making accusations.”

“This is the best USPS around. I travel a little further to this one even though another store is closer because the employee (especially Herman) are beyond friendly and helpful. Today Herman helped me package an item that I was having a difficult time doing myself and he did it with with a smile on his face. Great customer service!”
“This post office is old, so. Times hard to drive into, and just does look that inviting, BUT it alway is filled with people and the staff here is efficient and effective.”
“I inquired about a piece of certified mail to the clerk on duty. She tried locating it but was not found.The same clerk called her supervisor to assist, and she gave me the signature of receipt card to sign ahead of time, assuring delivery and saving many steps. Great service across the boards!!!!”
“I mean they have a sign up that says two packages 24 seven and then the slot deal was locked. And my cargo was precious but it was all right I came back the next day and it was open”

“The employees here are saints. There was a guy in today ranting about how long the line was and being super rude. The employees were being super professional and seeing people efficiently despite what this guy was saying. So I'd say to take some reviews with a grain of salt. Lines exist, get over yourself.”

“Had an important package get lost in the mail. Less than 10 minutes after going in and notifying them, the postal worker knocked on my door and made sure to hand deliver it to me. Still annoyed they misdelivered the package, but I can't argue with how fast they fixed the mistake.”
“The Roseville Byerly’s Post Office workers have always been helpful & friendly! I love to pop in there with small, domestic-bound packages & know that the staff will give me the different rate options & the packages always arrive when expected. Thank you!”

“I visit many Post Offices, this one on occasion, and the experience has been consistently average. But for me consistency is very good so an ‘average Post Office experience’ isn’t a bad thing at all.
That said, I recently interacted with a (new in 2024?) employee who is quite possibly the most non-judgmental and courteous person I may have ever come across in my travels- ever.
Not really speaking to USPS, but the employee- thank you for the positive experience!”

“I just wanna share that I have so much appreciation for this postal station! I wish every location was set up like this with the self service kiosk and the ability to drop off packages 24/7 (pkg size restrictions). I finally am able to take care of postal odds and ends on my schedule without having to stand in line or wait for a service counter to open up during business hours when I am working it's so nice to be able to pop in and out of here or whatever I need to knowing that this location is reliably clean and safe and just so easy to use is awesome. In a day and age when government services are treated so poorly by certain people -- this office is an example of how it works well thank you for all you do and for your service!”
