“I have to swing by this USPS pretty frequently to mail out stuff for my workplace down the road. Depending on what time of day I go, there tends to be a longer line, but the staff have always been knowledgeable and kind, and get everyone through as quickly as possible. Not all USPS offices in my experience have been as friendly. I mentioned this today to the employee that helped me and figured I'd also take a moment to leave a review. Thank you!”
“Arrived here on a Monday afternoon. Wasn't busy at all. Employee was very nice and helpful. Easy to access. The building is handicap accessible. Parking can be found in front of the bulding or to the side of it.”
“The photos displaying the inside of the Willernie post office are not correct. There are no lockers for packages, no selfserve kiosk, and its not nearly as big as the pics make it look. The outside photos are right though.”
“ive always had good experiences delivering mail here - I talked to I believe the customer service supervisor (Jason?) today about some concerns with my and my partner’s mail not being delivered the past month - he explained and confirmed what the issue was (which I was also suspecting) and I just submitted a request yesterday! thanks Jason for the quick turnaround and help! “I have gone to this post office twice when I have had trouble with missing packages. I have always been greeted so warmly and had my issues resolved quickly. John at the counter looked for my missing package until he found it and educated me on why it had been held (weather-related issues) - all with a very cheerful attitude. When I need help with the postal service, I will go here first!”

“Elway post office is the main post office we use. The desk staff is great and genuinely wants to help- they're really patient with me (I'm a headache with all my questions haha). If you want the cheaper way, faster way, have no clue of what way, explanation of international shipping, whatever- they'll help.
This is a fairly busy location so you might bump into a long line. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes very slow. Be prepared to wait if you're in line- it's because they're giving the proper patient attention to each customer and they'll give you the same!
You can get the usual shipping/packing material here.
There are PO boxes available in the lobby (separate area from the desk area)- the hours are the same as the desk area (closed on Sunday).
I've never felt unsafe and accessibility is good with a lowered counter available for wheelchairs though most of the counters are too high for my wheelchair. They do need more lowered counter space for wheelchair accessibility.”

“For the most part I really like this post office but the fact they can never take cash because they don’t have exact change drives me absolutely crazy! From what I’ve gathered they start the day with basically no money in the till so if it’s a slow day or even if it wasn’t and most people used cards you are SOL. An organization like the post office should ALWAYS be able to take cash. I understand from working in retail that occasionally weird days can mess up the till but this is a very persistent issue and it is unacceptable.”
“I inquired about a piece of certified mail to the clerk on duty. She tried locating it but was not found.The same clerk called her supervisor to assist, and she gave me the signature of receipt card to sign ahead of time, assuring delivery and saving many steps. Great service across the boards!!!!”

“I’ve dealt with this store on two separate occasions since moving to Centerville, and they have went out of their way to help me each time. People are hard on postal services (everyone needs everything yesterday), I couldn’t be happier with my local branch.”

“As a Gen Z that does not have much knowledge about shipping internationally, I feel very thankful for my local USPS! This is my second time at this location and really want to show my appreciation for Graham! He is not only helpful but extremely patient, resourceful and addresses all my questions and concerns. Even though he was the only staff working, he is very thoughtful and I can tell the way he speaks to other customers is not rushed at all. Both times I didn’t know what box to use but he kindly found a box for me to use which he didn’t have to but really shows how he went beyond to address my needs. I’m really thankful and honestly never felt so much gratitude for a USPS staff like Graham. Thank you for making my experience so smooth!!”

“Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. You dont like the service, use the kiosks. I wish more locations had them.
If I have a simple envelope or box that I know all the details for, I'd rather use the kiosk than stand in line for 10 min.
USPS, can you please add a kiosks to the HW 5 Saint Paul location. The service there is below standards.”

“Christmas eve- Nobody home but the self-serve kiosk was working! Yay! I Self printed a lable My package was too big for the drop bin so I had to drive over to the closest USPS Annex about a mile away. They took it no problem!! Thanks USPS! SAVED CHRISTMAS!”
