“I've been a customer at the UPS Store on Grand Ave. for something like 15 years at this point. It is without a doubt the best UPS (or similar) store that I've ever been to. They are located on Grand Avenue near CVS, Starbucks and a barre studio, with parking available in a small lot and on the street. The staff here is really friendly and above all COMPETENT - I usually print my own labels etc. and I'm in and out of there in 90 seconds. They accept both UPS and USPS shipments, and have additional services i.e. printing and binding documents.
This place is a STARK contrast to other UPS Store locations (I'm looking at you, Highland Park) where the staff are sometimes lazy, often unfriendly and frankly don't seem to know what the heck they are doing. UPS should use this location to train new franchise owners on how to run a successful UPS Store.”
“Excellent service provided by Meredith with a complicated printing job. She was respectful, has super computer skills and kept me informed about each step of my project. She was so helpful to the customers and never seemed hurried or impatient even when the store was very busy. I hope her employer realizes what an asset Meredith is to their business.”

“I am a toy retailer and receive shipments from 3 locations from around the country. My main distributor uses 4 shipping companies usually based upon where the pallets are being shipped from. ODFL has never had any delays for my shipments, has never had any damage to claim, and has never lost any boxes from a pallet. This is after receiving approximately 30 pallets delivered by ODFL. Contrast that with 2 of the 3 other large carriers that I have had to deal with who almost always have damage, have a delay every single time, and frequently lose parts of my pallets (no exaggeration either).”

My husband and I frequent this Post Office since it's in walking distance and we have never had a bad experience. All staff members have been very kind and helpful, but we have to give a special shoutout to our guy Bruce! He is the most friendly and charming customer service person we've ever met. I always leave feeling like things are going to be okay, and reminded of the good in this world. And all I came for was a stamp.”

“Stopping in at this location was one of the smoothest post office experiences I have ever had. I went to this location to complete a change of address form after a recent move. It was slow when I visited, and there was no wait to approach the counter. The staff member was friendly and helpful in answering my questions, and I was able to leave without a doubt that I had completed my goal successfully. The parking was easy and well marked, and the interior of the office clean and tidy.”
“Grave was a lifesaver today helping me ship a very niche item—a specialty yoyo that needed a little TLC to package right. They were incredibly patient while I juggled messages from the buyer and tried to make sure everything was just so. I know I wasn’t the speediest customer, and honestly, I probably tested their saint-like patience. But they never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. That kind of kindness and customer care deserves serious credit.
Edit 7/23: Sue is absolutely amazing, too! She helps me every time—whether it’s a big shipment or a small one. Today I brought in a large eBay sale, and I walked out feeling totally confident it was in the best hands.”

“IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH ST PAUL BOXES YOU PUT YOUR MAIL IN. ALL OUTGOING MAIL GOES TO THE PLANT IN EAGAN TO BE SORTED. ALSO, CARRIERS HAVE TO PICK UP THE BOXES DAILY. THEY WONT GO HOME UNTILL THEY DO. Maybe get an idea on the process before making accusations.”
“I come here about twice a week. This post office has a package drop box that you can use after hours. I’ve never seen that at any other post office but it’s really convenient.”

“I just wanna share that I have so much appreciation for this postal station! I wish every location was set up like this with the self service kiosk and the ability to drop off packages 24/7 (pkg size restrictions). I finally am able to take care of postal odds and ends on my schedule without having to stand in line or wait for a service counter to open up during business hours when I am working it's so nice to be able to pop in and out of here or whatever I need to knowing that this location is reliably clean and safe and just so easy to use is awesome. In a day and age when government services are treated so poorly by certain people -- this office is an example of how it works well thank you for all you do and for your service!”
