Alex has done my oil changes, brakes, replace other parts and new fuel line ran for ome that was leaking. Nobody else wanted to repair leaking fuel line Alwx stepped up did a fabulous job no more leaks. I can say that because I live out of my van with my wife, and have taken that sorry pile of junk to over 10 mechanics in multiple different states and none of them even come CLOSE to the honesty, customer service, and price offered by full spectrum. It’s gotten to the point where if I encounter a problem, I take it to get diagnosed and then immediately call full spectrum before I take any action, and I would drive 10 hours to get it serviced there”

“I brought my vehicle in for a battery and alternator check. J&R staff were transparent about the time needed and pricing. While waiting, I overheard staff interact with 3 customers and they were remarkable consistent about scheduling and costs. Another customer dropped in unannounced needing collision repair and J&R were clear they don’t work on that, but quickly made a recommendation to a flustered customer. They are friendly, honest, and the exact type of business I’d want the SW metro.”

this will be a very over-the-top review but I could have been in the hole a lot. I put a lowering kit on for the stiffer springs it supplied because I haul a lot of weight on the highway. And i needed to get from Ohio to MN and then down to florida, I failed to get an alignment because hometowns store was on vacation. Anyway, i thought noise coming from the poor alignment and Immediately when I got to MN when to Discount Tire but they couldn't do it and recommend these fellas.
Anyway got an alignment, noise still occurred after and troubleshoot and come to find out it was a bad wheel hub. I change the wheel hub and of course you have to remove the lower A arm to do so thus messing up my alignment. After just paying for an alignment I thought I was screwed and I kindly asked them Since i just had an alignment and didn't realize the issue until after it was done they were happy to help get my alignment checked before I hit the road to FL for college.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else except here and I typically don't like shops because I work on my stuff myself but these guys are awesome.
If i could give 6 stars I would.”
“We were traveling from out of town when we suddenly had an engine warning pop up along with our all-wheel drive turning off. We were SO stressed being 4 hours from home and having no idea what was going on with our car. I called several places around Minneapolis and everyone was telling us it would be days before they could even get us in.
This shop was recommended to us, so I called and explained what was going on and they told us to come on in! We drove over and they got us in right away and had us taken care of so quickly. Everyone was SO kind, friendly, and accommodating and genuinely just wanted to help us figure out what was going on and get us back on the road.
I seriously cannot recommend them enough!! It feels so rare anymore to find somewhere that genuinely wants to help you, especially when we were from out of town and obviously in a stressful situation.
