“I had purchased a new battery for my Ram truck a few years ago and just recently this battery seemed to have issues holding a charge so I called Waconia Dodge to see if they had another battery for my truck. I couldn't remember how long it had been since I had purchased it and they took the time to look up my exact date of purchase and let me know that my battery was still within the warranty period, when they could have just as easily sold me a new battery, as I had no idea how long ago the previous one was purchased. They took care of everything for me, from testing the old one to installing the new one at zero cost to me, and even offered me a loaner car while they took care of this. Lindsay in the parts department and Eric in the service department took care of me from start to finish and couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. They were awesome and truly care about their customers! I recommend Waconia Dodge 100%!!Bill K.”

“Love the old school feel of the place. It's worth a visit even if you don't need a part! I needed a front passenger window and side view mirror for a 97-03 Malibu after some moron sideswiped me. I found online that they had the parts, called them in the morning, and they had them pulled and ready for me that afternoon. Saved me a couple hours of labor (since I don't pull parts every day).”
